I gotta disagree. Over 15 years I've been all over the spectrum from being hyper focused on working out to being relaxed and social. No matter my current state, no girls have ever tried to be around me or been interested in me.

Idk how UA-cam brought me here but to answer the men, I make no eye contact and do not want to be approached at the gym, especially when I am during sets. Even if he’s attractive, I wouldn’t budge. When I ask someone how many more sets, I truly mean it. I’m here to work out, not get hit on. However, if a man wants to approach, do it naturally and organically. I would be more attracted to a man who is friendly and respectful. Right time, right place.
Mainly it’s eye contact. Constant stares, validation, standing around and barely doing anything. Constantly starring at other people to see if others stare at them back, wearing slutty clothes. A little desperate and she’s probably really young.

I’m in this position but I don’t know if she still has a crush on me.
