      I think the science is all over the place on diets, because what we eat, doesn't cause the inflammation, it only affects how we cope with it.
      The air we breathe is the root cause of the inflammation, this is why the science is all over the place on diets.
      Eating a healthy diet while breathing inflammatory air, is less effective than eating, any old diet, while breathing non inflammatory air.
      What makes it complicated, is that we are all breathing inflammatory air, we just don't all have the same ability to cope with it.
      We don't all have the same brakes for slowing down the inflammatory process, some of us have very effective brakes and we don't need a special diet and others aren't so lucky. The unlucky ones need to come at the inflammation from every angle they can, as you explain with all the different sections of the video.

    I was diagnosed with RA and Crest syndrome in October 2023 and I am working to heal from these conditions by eating a WFPB diet. I've eliminated meat ,dairy, and processed foods and oils from my diet. I am also using fitness by walking ,stretching and yogo to keep my body moving and relieve stiffness. I get a massage bi-weekly and meditate to manage symptoms and stress. I am starting to feel better and hopeful that I'm headed in the direction of recovery.

    A few years ago in my mid 50s I had a very bad accident. It took me 2 years of physical therapy to be where I am now, which is still not the same as before the accident. Post PT, I saw a rheumatologist for all my body pains which felt like I was in enough pain I wasn't sure how long I could live like that. The rheumatologist ran a lot of tests and found out I have no autoimmune diseases but I have osteoarthritis and fibromyalgia. Through experimentation with foods and some exercise it's helped to control my pain better. Unfortunately the damage to my knee was fairly bad and eventually I will need a replacement. But I am able to walk a mile every other day. The walking, control of the amount of sugar, and going to as much of a whole food diet has helped control my pain to where it is now tolerable. One thing I found is that berries seem to affect my body negatively. Also, was wondering if there is research into dairy causing inflammation in mainly those that are lactose intolerant?

    • @alexruiz4078
      @alexruiz4078 Місяць тому

      Yes dairy can cause problems depending on the person. There are things like lactose to watch out for other proteins found in dairy to be mindful of. Try an elimination diet. Research whole 30 elimination diet and see what does and does not have an affect.

    I got a DNA test to show what I was sensitive to with regards to food. Then, I started eating according to my blood type. So far, it's working. I believe, based on where we are from in the world, and our skin color determines our diet also. I've noticed eating "desperation foods", like those eaten by people from colder climates, isn't good for people with darker skin, usually from places where fresh food is available year round.

While many state certain blood types function well with omni/carnivore diets, when tested(according to NBarnard, Ornish and few others) the whole food plant based diet reversed illnesses in the most reproducible and documented tests. Of course, this is an unpopular fact! Majority couldn't care or stand hearing this.

      There is a lab that tests for food reactions that my sister recommends for her patients.
      I took it and it has helped me so much to be able to identify some common trigger foods that I had been reacting to and gives me a very precise way to eliminate them without having to do without other important food.
      It’s so nice to have some guidance with this and the tests show which foods show certain markers that indicate inflammatory levels of your particular sensitivity to each food.
      You get the results back directly too.
      The lab she uses and who I went through is called Immuno Labs. You can easily find them on line. You can connect with them that way you can call them. There are others but that’s the only one I’m familiar with.
      (Immuno Labs). Immuno labs will give you the results back directly so you can use the information immediately.
      It’s a shame more doctors don’t know about this….but they can’t know everything 😢
      Hope this helps! I think it will

    How is mold toxicity remediated?

    • @imgreen1838
      @imgreen1838 3 місяці тому

      Not a direct answer but you can get rid of mold. Even if you remediate or try to treat it medically, you'll still have the mold around your surroundings. You have to get rid of the mold first. For example if the mold is coming from the ceiling or walls, you'll need to check for any liquid leakage above or behind it. For me, I had a mold build up on my ceiling and I found that my bathroom had a leak. Got my tiles fixed and the mold build up stopped.
