Yoann Kowal - 10x1km in Kenya

Yoann Kowal is a French distance runner known for his achievements in the 1500m & 3000m Steeplechase.
Yoann now is looking to go up the distances to compete over the Half and Full Marathon.
Yoann set a 62:17 Half Marathon PB in 2022 but unfortunately his Marathon debut in London did not go to plan and Yoann finished in 2:27. Yoann is targeting another Full marathon in 2023 and we joined him on one of his final work outs during his altitude training camp in Kenya.
