So fast like me 😉
Almost as fast as you
Great to see a French athlete taling english and making the effort!
Amazed at how packed the track is. Seeing so many runners training inspires to run more. Thanks for great content!
Cette ambiance, cette piste en terre…. C’est le centre mondial du plaisir de courir et de la performance 😍
I've seen downtown areas with fewer people than that track haha
Another great video, Matt. Excellent work as always.
Super vidéo bravo a tous
Yoann t'es le meilleur !!
Un bon gars ce yohan! Il avait du abandonner son reve olympic a cause de son aponévrosite plantaire v:-) thanks for the vidéo
Those shoes look sick!
Hi great Vids
If anyone can tell me who is the runner with green strip sleeveless and red shoes? Does he have the instagram so like his motion? Much Thanks!
I agree. He has a beautiful running motion. No watch either! Perhaps Matt can tell us who he is.
Damn! Tambach was buuusy!!
Could share on lonah evening work out
I would have to paid to do these many. Max I’ve done is 12x400 and some hill strides and that killed me. Plus elevation in Kenya is super high
Is there a training purpose to 500m or 85sec? Just curious how this ties into the overall training plan.
How about maybe doing some drone footage Matt when track is so heavily used (and even when it's not 😃) 🤔👍
I think that takes away from what makes his videos so appealing.
those kiprun shoes look promising
Quel crack yohann
How much the rest during these 500??
100m jog
What a guy !
How long the break between set ?
I think it’s 1 min of jogging
fabolous runners
