“I drive pretty aggressively, though…” - that lane change in the intersection gave it away early 🤷♂️ Good call spinning that ac/radio control swap into a positive. Quite the thumbing of the nose to others complaining about it.
Why does this "AWD" have 19 inch wheels and not have the heated steering wheel? Makes me think this is "RWD". I wasn't impressed by the RWD acceleration, but am impressed with my AWD.
You buy an electric car.... and it doesn't come with a charging cable?! What year is this 2042? Where electric cars are everywhere and everyone has a spare charging cable? Relax there KIA.
I can tell you one thing, we're heading to a very, VERY expensive future for cars. With the cost of base battery elements sky-rocketing, EV's are only going to get more expensive, and with the cost of energy increasing at the same rate, they'll get more and more expensive to charge too. A full charge on a public fast charger is not far off a tank of gas now.
Just realized you filmed this in Irvine near the old El Toro Marine base, now the Great Park.
That's the most attractive Kia car I've seen.

I'm on the "this is obviously a win" side of that argument.

Lol! You should have been at my last Mazda 5 minivan fillup. 100 dollars Canadian.
@Bowie Try 70p KW/h and up for public fast chargers. It's coming.
Am I the only one that actually thinks this thing is really ugly? The Ioniq 5 looks much nicer, imo.
This looks better than the Ioniq
