Common sense. Get a dog and go for a long walk or two every day. Brush your teeth first, though. Woof!
oh damn, thank you for this--
Dental care cost too much, sitting is encouraged as we have delivery services for everything etc, drinking to feel/ numb out get lit, people gotta work etc so sleep is not had & the world seems to be gettin kinda lonely so people are just stayin in more
What if you are bedridden from an injury and have no choice
Me curious too
Your fucked.
what about marijuana, no mention?
Hey, just a question … was that what the (D) stands for on my voting ballot? I’m just asking, uhhh, for a friend…
I’m totally screwed. Totally.
After nearly 25 years so far now, I've found more community here online than anywhere in the real world. Fuck the real world.
It’s not tooth loss. It’s not about cleaning. It’s about giving your teeth what they need to be alive.
How do you get 7-9 hours of sleep when you’re post menopausal? I don’t think that realistic.
The moment a vid like this starts and this weird human is presented to us , its so strange. Like, what kind of human looks like this guy? Why does legacy media apply disgusting make up to humans?
Optimum health reduces the need for flue shots my doctor said .
I'm antisocial and it's hard for me to be around people
Me too. That's why I go out (only at night), wear Hobo clothes, then people won't interact with me. That's why I miss prison, being locked in a cell for 18 hrs, away from people.
You should accept your fate then.
Interesting
My dad lost most his teeth (molars) and hes completely aware 😅 He drank and smoked too
Don’t drink at all
I'm screwed
Add to that benzodiazepines (xanax, diazepam), antihistamines (phenergan, zyrtec, claredyne) and sleeping tablets (restavit).
They Get you addicted on fear god bless you
Yeah, duh you think? Not being able to smile at people is gonna effect you psychologically
And what group of people sit for 12 hours non stop ?
Not non-stop. In total over the span of a day.
People doing it would be office workers who sit all day, then go home and sit, as well as internet/TV/reading addicts without jobs.
I'm already going crazy then.
Wait, how many seconds is it again?
Does genetics have any role?
I'm doomed then.
I always live in fear of my mom getting this.
Hello Saginaw MI.
Cleaning your teeth more regularly: REALLY ??
Also reduce fluoride its in all tap water and mouth wash and tooth paste
I'm already dead and don't know it!
Unfortunately social isolation cannot be avoided easily anymore, at least here in the Western societies. Maybe find some older people to talk with, since people in average 50 or less age prefer their digital social life
Stop using Listerine
Interesting. Hmmmmm
'Of' dementia. Not 'for'.
Poor grammar is one of the *actual* "epidemics" of our era.
wow i think i will never get it but life is hard
My Godfather, God rest his soul never found anyone and didn't have any friends. He never got dementia from being alone. He lived to be 98 with excellent brain activity. He took care of himself and his home up until he died in his sleep. All these experts just think they know it all, they don't. Take this video with a grain of salt. Maybe these risks are factual but everybody's biological make-up, is different. Keep that in mind.
Chronic fatigue, yay😅 at least I don't drink and I take care of my teeth.
Im screwed.
RADIATION 💀💀💀💀
I’m introverted but I’m starting to go out a little bit more even though I’m not talking to anyone. I need to work on getting more sleep for sure.
Good thing WFH only requires 2 minutes of actual work
Being isolated doesn't mean you're lonely 🙄 some people are just self centered snd find socialization shallow. Wrong report.
In Islam we clean and pray 5 times per day, it teaches to do charity, sport and alcohol, smoking 🚬 is prohibited 🚫 in Islam which good for health , also it teaches not to eat a lot because it brings to gluttony which is form of sin , to be grateful each day
