Great video Perry, i read a book recently "be a badass about making money" and it was all about mindset and listening to the universe. It did boil down to belief in yourself and wanting to make money.

Great video, never heard that crab thing but it makes sense. I think we've all heard the you become the average of your 5 or 6 closest friends, I know it's a saying but there must be truth in it. I think I need to find people that have the same interest as me regarding property, it's not just so I can grow, it's mainly so I can talk face to face about the issues, share tradespeople, deals, maybe even knowledge I have which I can help someone else, all that kind of stuff.
Hopefully Chris, I can provide that with the subscription channel next month mate

Hello Perry I have a question for you which I’m struggling with at the moment, I’m 27 years old I’m a bricklayer and fairly decent money have a few businesses that are going okay, vending machine business, replica watch business, and a window cleaning business, I have a lot of money in stocks trying to get into property, I have about 90 K to my name, but I have this voice in the back of my head that I am wanting to do travel blogging videos on UA-cam, this will mean taking time off work earning next to nothing for maybe the first year or two, and I can’t help but think it is going backwards on my journey , I feel like I’m on a good run here and I don’t want to fall behind or get off track but I do think travelling will not help this let me know what you think please thank you would love a FaceTime or a call? If possible

Firstly, congratulations on doing so well at such a young age g age mate.
Secondly, the travel blog. If I had any advice on this subject it would be to concentrate on a niche within that sector. So, blogging about exclusive places, on £50 a day, on coastal areas, on cities/capital cities.
It’s also something you could do after you e secured your financial independence. If you delayed it for 10 years you’d still only be 37 - 37 and wealthy.
