I finally found it on live account. In 'expert tap'it says:CTrade::OrderSend:markt sell 10.00 EURUSd [trade disabled ]. So what could have disabled it? I realised my account is also on hedging mode. Can the mode affect?

Hey Rene, great video, what do you mean real live trading account, like did you run the strategy on an actual demo account from 2018 till 2021, that's forward testing not back testing?
If you are not using a cheating EA (which knows where to place the trades in the past), then the "every tick based on real ticks" will always reflect reality of that broker. The "open prices only" method can also be replicated on a live account nearly 1:1 if you control the opening tick. You can add a settings into the EA to choose the bar processing method (every tick, 1min OHLC (4 ticks per 1min bar), and Open Only (1 tick per bar)), basically a tick filter.

Hey I have a VPS plan with Strato. But you can use any VPS provider. I would recommend a Windows VPS though and not a Linux because the MetaTrader works better on Windows.

My strategy window is not loading even though the test is not starting just loads and without the result, it stops. I tried different EA which worked in the past. Visual mode is ticked. What else can be the issue?
I have an issue. I have developed an expert advisor in mql5 tested it on strategy tester and it works fine. When I applied to live trading No trade was undertaken where could be the problem? Please advise. Thank you.
Hey, hard to tell without seeing the program. Check the experts journal. You often find error messages there. Maybe auto trading is turned off?
@ So far I I don't know where 'expert advisor journal ' is. Is on the strategy tester or on live account?
@@kipngenobett4850 in the strategy tester you can see the journal and also in live or demo trading. It is in the toolbox where you can also see your open trades. It is another tab called "Experts".

your conclusion closely matches No Nonsense Forex channel (NNFX is a professional prop trader). He recommends the daily TF as the best for signal-to-noise ratio

Hey, try to use the modelling method "every tick (based on real ticks)". You can find it in your tester settings.
@ I use real ticks... When I test 2 years my data quality just 25% but when I use a test for only 2022 it shows 100% quality
@@-e5trnalakmedia252 hm I think it depends on the data that comes from your broker.. I am sorry but I am no expert for the testing data quality in MT5. Maybe your broker can help if you write the support :)

Hello m8, thanks to god that I find your channel this days, I've made a an ea, the code is perfect for my strategy, M1 timeframe, but in tester it's opening trades when he doesn't have to, why is that?
Hey, good job :) It is hard to tell what the problem might be here. You have to check your code again to find the issue.
@ I've found the problem, after 16h of research, it's the problem of the tester, in console I get a data as it is closed like bearish candle but in the tester it's drawn like a bulish...
That is seamless in higher tf, but my idea is based on m1 m2, seems only real time running will show the Tru results

Can you make a video of an controlled coefficient martingale for sell and buy , for example 10 martingale steps, after that a news filter which will predict short term trends, for ex:
Last week we had 3*** good news for EU and 1***(head news) for usd. So the coefficient will be 66% of buy EurUsd.
And if we connect to martingale steps + enlarging TPs for each trade, to give priority to buys by 66%, you know what I mean?))) ;)

@ReneBalke you would say that it ins't accurate for a scalping EA? I ran live & back tester side by side. Got different results & times when trades were taken

Hey, I am sorry I do not know such s a software. Also this is not a trivial task since s&r levels are often based on the traders interpretation of the chart.

Hey, I do not recommend any specific indicator. All of them have strengths and weaknesses. But I am not a big fan of scalping systems in general because the high trading costs (spread, commission, slippage) often make them inefficient. Right now I do not offer any EAs in English.
Sorry to bother but I think it would help if u do a short vid or a reply comment....... explaining wat the meta editor colors define ........... for example
1. Purple is a (FUNCTION) [ OnInit , OnTick , OnDeinit ]
2. Green is a (HANDLE) .....[ iStochastic , iRSI , ]
3. Grey is a (COMMENT) .......
these are the ones I know
An hour later it's all cleared don't bother Renè ........ for those that want to know.....

2 . Open tools
3. Open colours .......everything is there
The problem I have with the strategy tester is I will test it over a 12 month period and it will be profitable but then if I reduce to say to just 6 months of that 12 months the strategy doesn't work. It makes zero sense lol
It make sense,it just means most of your profits comes from other 6months and it means for your ea to be profitable it must run at least 1year
