Whoa! Sydney made that 20 minutes count. My arms were shaking so much I spilled water down the front of myself when I went for a drink during the workout.
Sydney's Daily Wisdom (22:04): "Putting in the time for something that's going to directly benefit you is always worth the investment." Many times we doubt whether we are worth the time, energy, or money to pour into something that can get us on the path to our best self. Yet if a friend asked us whether they should spend the money to invest in themselves, we would answer with a resounding yes. Treat yourself like you would a good friend. You are worth it.

I love working out with you. I am a very strong person. I have been through a lot of changes. I has people working with me because of my car accident. I am find. But it is very hard to forget about it. Like my worker said. It will never to easy to let go. I crushed this workout. It was amazing. Excellent job
Finally back to doing working out after a 6 month absence due to back to back abdominal surgeries and a torn ankle ligament ! Really enjoying the shorter workouts to ease me back in . Thank you .
Good morning, Sydney Squad! I crushed this workout and I’m going to do yesterday’s leg workout later on today. I had skin graft surgery on my right foot/ankle to repair the open fracture that was slowly recovering from my accident. I’m feeling pretty good today and I’m going to continue safely moving forward with our workouts. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you on Monday for our next workout.
I was only able to do 20 lbs shoulder press (2 reps). I had minor foot surgery yesterday and today I was not at my highest energy, however, I went down to 15 lbs and I crushed it! I felt guilty quitting! Happy Father’s Day to all the Father’s working out with us. And Also Happy Father’s Day to Mr. Houdyshell that soon will be a first time DaD!
Crushed it! I’m super proud that I took the time to do this 20 minutes of me time! I’ve been very unmotivated to workout over COVID but I’m realizing it’s essential to mine, and my family’s overall mental health. So I may not be able to lift my arms tomorrow, but I will be sure to remind myself that I should be asking my kids to help out more often anyhow.

I pushed as hard as I could during both workouts and time spent with Sydney always benefits me physically and mentally. Thanks again Sydney for all these amazing workouts.
