I Always Introduce myself as the Bomb Detector and 8/10 times i blow up almost immediately.
I've done enough Eureka Orthos in my pursuit for the Gancanagh card, so it was really, really weird seeing floors 1-20 again.

This was my first time actually progging through an entire DD and getting to do it blind. I really hope y'all attempt the later floors, they're a *blast*! (*finger guns*) ;D

This is the first time I've tried a Deep Dungeon in a group and it feels like it should be easier like "Oh, just avoid the one-shot move, duh", but then you have multiple enemies with weird positioning and you can't always just do that. Considering the pull happy nature of one of them, I think I'd do better solo, even if it takes much longer. I still enjoy my runs with them though.
I know how Soji feels. In my run through the first 30 floors, I probably hit every landmine and almost every trap. They're like magnets.
I tried running this deep dungeon and by the Twelve do they slap HARD. Were it not for the Demi Clones my party wouldn't have cleared the first ten floors.

so im a big Allagan lore nerd (i based my WoL's bg around it but will not get into that x'D) and i usually don't like doing DD's. But, even after my friendf took screenshots of the lore, i wanted to do this one. so my friends sped me through the first 50 of POTD and then we trudged through Orthos x'D only up to Tiamat mind, but still xD my reactions were...pretty much like Drak's xD i spent half the time dead lol
VINDICATION!!!! The amount of times I've walked over a trap that someone else clearly walked over and I'M the one to spring it just brings out the salt! Also, based amount of explosions. I've had a run where we had, no lie, TWENTY landmines on a single set of floors.

The Pomander of Storms reduces the hp of everything on the floor to 1 hp but they will regenerate after a while if they aren't in combat, that Pomander makes the dread monsters really easy.
Yeah as ^ says, they just used a storms.
You can also just kill them normally, if you're in a group with a tank and healer and all have high aetherpool. They're still sketchy though - I personally wouldn't risk it without lethargy or someone staying away to res the party if they wipe.
We used the Storms, along with Witching and Lethargy just to be sure 😅
Hell, we even killed the Chimera with Witching and Lethargy too. So it's doable, but just be prepared to throw everything and the kitchen sinks at them lol
