@@Justinwheeler1997 I used to workout at my local Anytime fitness but all the trainers doubted me. And I would see they’d gossip about me. I was thinking why am I the main focus of y’all?? Everytime i tell them about my new short term goal and long term and my monthly success they would literally say something negative backhanded compliments and what not. I gained 16 LBS of muscle end of last year. The manager literally told me when I weighed in “OMG I thought you were dieting? You can’t just workout for hours and eat like crap!” while laughing. And the scan literally showed all my lean mass increased especially legs. I told them I don’t have to prove ANYTHING to you… I didn’t hire a trainer I’m doing my own thing. Now I’ve achieved what they said I couldn’t 🔥💪🏽 I’ve always been very serious about my weight size as I grew up obese. And when a Gym Manager and staff doubts you & grinning about it, that’s a drastic blow. But Yes I’m glad I found a gym I can basically call a home now 🙏 Thank God

So glad I found you guys. I decided to purchase MAPS Anabolic and I’m currently in phase 2. At 51 years old and recently divorced, this has been by far (outside of family and friends) the best thing for me not only physically but mentally. I’ve remained the same weight and have gotten progressively stronger on my lifts. Also, I’ve realized that increasing my protein intake as per your recommendations makes such a huge difference. I feel like I’m headed towards being in the best shape of my life. You guys share so much valuable info and content.. I watch your show as much as I can. For anyone considering a MAPS program, I would highly recommend it! Thank you guys!

My heart goes out to parents with very young children. That stage of life wrecks sleep for such a long time. To all those mamas who are despairing about "baby weight": give yourself heaps of grace and patience. Stressing about it and starving yourself will compound the struggle. Nurture and nourish yourselves, accept help as often as possible. Big hugs to you!

Interesting info regarding the research showing sports viewing as beneficial to your health. I’ve always thought it was harmful to couch potatoes to get their adrenaline and heart rate up without the physical activity that should go along with it.

I'm into powerlifting and want to do one of the programs, but I'm not sure which to do. My trainer is cool with taking suggestions and modifies things so they're powerlifting focused. I was thinking Symmetry, Performance, Split, or Strong to help with cutting a little bit throughout the summer, then going to Powerlift in the fall to prep for a competition that usually runs in February. Also, I'm interested in the Oldtime Strength. Does anyone know which MAPS program would be good for a summer program?

When the guys are looking at stuff on google could you make sure to edit it into the video so we can see what they’re looking at? Sometimes you do it but sometimes you don’t

I work two jobs, is there any way to mitigate the effects of not being able to get 8+ hours of sleep ? I’m well aware that I was going to get less sleep when taking this on but just wondering if there’s anything I can do to help

I would have to disagree and say that it's four, four main components, including mental health because yes improving your sleep overall will help with the efficiency of the training and the decision-making with the nutrition, but without the mental health you are still limiting yourself in the potential of both the exercise and the sleep. All four work together with all four. Your mental health is extremely important

I think many people’s sleep is so poor due to alcohol. How can someone drink 4 beers and a shot of tequila and go to bed, or get wasted on vodka soda or wine every night-how can anyone in that situation have healthy sleep, even if sleep is for 8 hours? I know people like this. For one woman, she has multiple drinks then takes 4 Benadryl so she can sleep. Needless to say, these people don’t exercise!

The company is not “called L-M-N-T.” it is pronounced as “element.” Why do you keep spelling it out when you name the brand? That is not the way the company wants it pronounced.
