1/4 cup boiling water (62.5 ml)
apricot jam
180 degrees

No you spread jam or caramel or Nutella anything really while hot then roll if u using fresh cream u roll up while hot then unroll gently when cold and add your cream

Yes but roll Swiss roll up while warm allow to cool then unroll and add jam and cream then gently roll back up
