IDK I played like 5 matches and everytime I had people leaving early or just completly separting and wondering off. The pacing felt off too, it went really fast from just boring and easy to YOU DIE NOW. Maybe I just don't get it though, didn't play this mode for years and years.
@UncleJackson public matches have always been a mess I've always played solo or with friends. But yeah this game can get hard so you gotta invest your points in the right upgrades and stay on your feet y'know. If you ever do decide to do like a solo Easter egg I hope you'd enjoy it. It's really an experience like no other. Almost like a destiny raid hidden inside this game mode sometimes
I like this review but I do have to add you might like Adler more if you played the last black ops. He does have a lot of depth. He's not just Hollywood badass or the good guy he's explicitly kind of evil. He represents the worst of the US. He commits war crimes and participates in things like mk ultra and spews out propaganda. When he says "for the fate of the free world" the game isn't tryna actually agree with him.
@@UncleJackson Adler was only introduced in cold war but he became one of the main 3. Woods, Mason, and Hudson tagging along for Adler's mission. And let's just say Adler did a lot of fucked up shit to get the job done. Oh and if you ever heard him say "we got a job to do" that isn't just a one liner it's an actual code word. Also knowing Adler I actually fully believe he wasn't 100% framed but actually was involved in the events in Panama.
@@UncleJackson to refresh your memory, in black ops 2 in Panama we (woods) capture a mf named Noriega but our CIA handler Hudson tells us to bring him somewhere else because we're doing a prisoner exchange. We get to a rooftop with a sniper now aimed at someone with a bag over their head and told that it's the main villain of Black ops 2 Raul Menendez. After we take the shot though we find out that we've been played and that person was actually Mason and Hudson had also been kidnapped and then they get killed right in front of us. We're told this is because of a CIA mole that fed Raul information but the campaign doesn't harp on it. Never tells us who did that. Just the one off foreshadowing line "he even has his people in the CIA" and a little bit after that I don't remember. In black ops 6 they heavily imply Adler himself had something to do with that even though they keep saying he was framed it's like way too in character for him to have not done something related to it even if he wasn't exactly the mole himself.
@UncleJackson it's just as good as black ops 6. Has the evidence board and stuff. Not as many gimmicks with the upgrades and equipment wheel and stuff though
Lmao the zombie comment at the end😂😂 that was gold!
Its a bit messy rn but at its best it gives that classic fast paced cod feel. Very addictive
Most definitely

I played BO 1 and 2 back in the day but I can't remember any of it, was Adler even in them?

I skipped Cold War, might have to give it a try.
