Would love to know more about programming push press and genereal tips about the movement. little tidbits that help drive progress forward for push press
How often do you OHP per week? really interested in focusing on OHP over bench next year with the long term goal of OHPing 100kg, but i am just not sure how often to program in OHP and varations such as behind the neck or dips. any advice would be appreciated, really liking this series/commentary as a whole!
I want to ask you about the overhead position, I feel that my left shoulder doesnt settle in in the overhead position as easily as i reach the top, it gets more prounounced as I reach fatigue and I feel that it doesn't allow me to push heavier weight correctly. I see that you do it so smoothly, you can even push your head forward which is really diffucult for me even if I am a generally mobile and flexible guy. Is there a workaround for this?
Hey Sam if you want tô make do with black & white intros consider making them more epic rather than it going hard because goddam you know how to make an intro
Perhaps in a different lift? I personally really like the “road to xyz” type of training arcs. It solidifies a goal and reinforces why you’re training. As long as you remain more process oriented I think it’s cool
@@Kyle111 in terms of overhead I'm kinda washed up with nagging, old injuries. Overhead lifts are my favourite so I wished I could finally lift 315 or 310 or whatever 140kg equals in pounds but I'm not sure if my shoulders can hold up. As for other lift maybe deadlift.. I'll see. I will upload some of my decade old lifts that I was able to retrieve soon. Unfortunately not max lifts but maybe it will kinda get me going.
Voiceover is better than live ccommentary in my opiniom
I was about to comment this lmaooo
I'm a fan of these brief voice over cuts 💯
yes but I love me some grunts
Definitely
I’ll see if I squat 405 before you press it 😤
Intros never get old you should make a playlist for them!!
Gotta add a comment for tube algo gainz, definitely one of the most underrated lifters on the platform

Wish you Large Christmas, champ.
Do you have a video where you explain the programing for these lift gials?

What are your opinions on overhead pin presses. Like heights, utility, just general yapping would be nice
It OHPening
Do you think you would benefit from keeping more strongman events in your general training blocks?

I wish I could join the road. 405 is not my race unfortunately.

Not yet brother
@@ColinDenny02 prolly (well... Surely) never. At least in the context of 405.
