    Dude, ive purchased your membership, purchased equipment from you, and I just want to say you're so amazing for posting this whole thing. A lot of people would sit their programs behind a paywall but it is clear you just want to help people and you know that the financials will follow through that. You're great man.

    I had a back problem for about 2 years. Before my surgery, I couldn't stand without leaning or sitting for more than a few minutes due to pain. I had surgery, and it was repaired. I worked hard with rehab on my back, and it is strong now, so I felt it was time to get into Brazilian ju-jitsu. OMG, I didn't realize until then how weak and lack of flexibility my knees had became. I started following your basic routine and now after about a month and a half I am making great progress. In 2018 I had a full knee replacement in my right knee and am 62. I was so down thinking I am too old and should give up. But thanks to your videos, I am making such progress and have a whole new outlook. Thank you so much. You really helped this old man. BTW my chiropractor told me about your youtube channel. He also follows you.

    So you’re basically saying exercise is not for health unless you do exercise like things throughout they day. Takes the whole meaning of exercise for a health perspective.

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  21 хвилина тому

      I don’t understand. Exercise is movement. It has benefits for the heart, muscles, joints… in many civilizations no one “exercised” but daily life required vigorous motion. Exercise is a beautiful tool you can use to create amazing health. 🫡

    Hi Ben. Do you think with a high grade partial acl tear that would need surgery to restore stability in the joint? Can’t remember if your original injury involved acl or not?

    • @TheKneesovertoesguy
      @TheKneesovertoesguy  5 годин тому

      Can’t advise on medical concerns. But have helped many with ACL tears. Some avoided surgery, some had surgery and afterwards, did ATG and felt better!

I do have two questions. 1)Which band do u have/suggest for those shoulder blade pull apart, I can't find any good quality one on amazon I just need a single band.2) How have u kept ur tendons in ur elbow pain free because I progressed in rdl weight every two weeks and have golfers elbow so how do u maintain healthy tendons upper limb wise.
