Dude, ive purchased your membership, purchased equipment from you, and I just want to say you're so amazing for posting this whole thing. A lot of people would sit their programs behind a paywall but it is clear you just want to help people and you know that the financials will follow through that. You're great man.
Means a lot! YOUR support is precisely what makes this possible! I appreciate you understanding the goal to share this data to anyone. 🫡🤝
Could not agree more…I tell everyone about you…Thank you!
hello, I am a 63 yr old female who has been sitting on the couch eating bon bons for the last couple yrs due to a bad back issue ( sciatic nerve ) altho i look like the mitchelion man, i started your basic steps IE split squats, regular squats, calf raises, front and back for just 3 weeks now and i can now do a full deep squat almost at a floor split squat in just 3 weeks!!!I also have managed to fix a shoulder tear doing reverse dumb bells. I;am now able to also walk further and stand longer than I have in a few years! so thank you!
Wow! That is absolutely amazing! Great progress and thanks for sharing!
First like and first comment to tell you THANK YOU🙏. You’ve changed my life
So happy to hear that!
Me too
This is how businesses should be run. Helping people first, money will come after.

I had a back problem for about 2 years. Before my surgery, I couldn't stand without leaning or sitting for more than a few minutes due to pain. I had surgery, and it was repaired. I worked hard with rehab on my back, and it is strong now, so I felt it was time to get into Brazilian ju-jitsu. OMG, I didn't realize until then how weak and lack of flexibility my knees had became. I started following your basic routine and now after about a month and a half I am making great progress. In 2018 I had a full knee replacement in my right knee and am 62. I was so down thinking I am too old and should give up. But thanks to your videos, I am making such progress and have a whole new outlook. Thank you so much. You really helped this old man. BTW my chiropractor told me about your youtube channel. He also follows you.
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing and happy for you! Keep it up!
Ben not only you’re an awesome Trainer/Coach. You’re also an amazing human being for sharing this information with all of us. God bless you.
I appreciate that! Thank you!

Thanks for all the videos. You'd be surprised at how many lives you are positively impacting with these, quite amazing!
Glad you like them!
So much to learn here. To anyone new to these concepts; Ben 100% knows his shit, been following him for years now and his methods completely changed the way I train for the better + the results are real. Don't hesitate to be the weirdo in your gym, your body will thank you 😄 Much love everyone and thank you Ben!
Really appreciate your support!
do i do these exercises together with the ones at the gym? do i only do these? or for example, do i alternate between the gym and these? i was in doubt
This is my full fitness formula. You can do this. Or you can add it to something else. I don’t. Hope that helps!
I tell everyone i know about knees over toes. Currently have my 900 year old boss tuned in. God willing she will keep at it. This man is a saint. Im a Knees over toes addict having to join knees over toes anonymous, "keep coming back, it works".
Thank you Ben, you the man!
Happy to help!

Hi Ben, is this routine done in a circuit format?
Most exercises I do 1 set. The squat mobility I do 3 sets.
@@TheKneesovertoesguy done three days per week ?
I truly admire how you've found out how to help people like myself with this. So happy I came across your videos.
Happy to help!
Excellent. You broke it down to first principles and made it simple for normies.
Glad it was helpful!
I am 100% going to incorporate that L-sit into my ab workout.
Awesome!
Where can I buy your basketball sneakers!?

I've been trying some of your techniques for my knee pain behind the knee, sled, backwards walking, split squat, tib and calf raises but I still don't know how often I should be doing each exercise.

You’re a nut 😅 , I discovered you from that pickleball guy. Excellent. My passion is alpine skiing and pickleball. Your philosophy is perfect for me. Appreciate all the variations explained to progress safely
Haha thank you! Awesome! 🫡
So you’re basically saying exercise is not for health unless you do exercise like things throughout they day. Takes the whole meaning of exercise for a health perspective.
I don’t understand. Exercise is movement. It has benefits for the heart, muscles, joints… in many civilizations no one “exercised” but daily life required vigorous motion. Exercise is a beautiful tool you can use to create amazing health. 🫡

Thank you for all these videos. First time I've been able to run in 10 years without wearing a knee guard.
I have a pressing issue where I am able to reach my right arm behind my back as my shoulders will hurt too much.
I've tried the shoulder routines but it doesn't seem to target this specific issue.
Thank you!
Oh shoot! Sorry to hear about this shoulder issue! Rooting for you here! Parietals might be a great movement to start and is like reverse sled for the shoulder!
Hi Ben. Do you think with a high grade partial acl tear that would need surgery to restore stability in the joint? Can’t remember if your original injury involved acl or not?
Can’t advise on medical concerns. But have helped many with ACL tears. Some avoided surgery, some had surgery and afterwards, did ATG and felt better!
I just tried running backwards on an elliptical machine and it seemed to get a great workout. Have you ever tried it/
Clever idea! I like the walking as it builds through the feet though!
Haha. Just finished the newsletter to find out you also made a video😀
Oh awesome! Haha! Thanks for reading too! 🔥 - reading with pictures is my preferred way to learn but video is cool too!
Funny you mention the sprint thing, as sometimes I want to start doing them again but it ends up bothering my upper quad area. I wonder how long I'd have to go light and build up to being able to go full speed in a sprint.
Nothing wrong with starting light!
Continuing to change lives. I’m almost out of pain because of you. Thank you 🙏🏼
That’s great! Keep it up!

A hurricane was about to hit so I couldn’t leave it outside
Is jumping rope bad for you knees . Thank you
If it is something you enjoy, I would do it! Just also make sure you actively strengthen your knees to allow you to jump rope🫡
Thank you so much for this ive been trying to get my mom to take her health more serious and this is gunna be so valuable i know it
That’s great!

Love this easy outline for fitness. I do have two questions. 1)Which band do u have/suggest for those shoulder blade pull apart, I can't find any good quality one on amazon I just need a single band.2) How have u kept ur tendons in ur elbow pain free because I progressed in rdl weight every two weeks and have golfers elbow so how do u maintain healthy tendons upper limb wise.
Here is a link to our ATG PowerBands which work great: atgequipment.com/products/atg-power-bands

@@TheKneesovertoesguy is there any chance I can just buy one band instead of the whole set?
Thank you, Ben! This is amazing. And more information on the wrist health routine would actually be super interesting!
