I do wonder what Chang would have done about Tibet, had he won the war. The ROC still officially claimed sovereignty over Tibet. Hell, one of the strips on the original ROC flag represented the Tibetans.
Remember that ROC's official territorial claim is not really taken seriously by its own people or government. On to the part about Tibet and Chiang, it's totally possible that he will still claim Tibet, and Tibetans will still be treated as second-class citizens. But there is also the fact that the KMT regime rely on US support, especially since that had KMT won the civil war, China will be the first line of defense against USSR, the importance of Western support will be even greater. So it's also possible that given enough pressure, Tibet can be independent at last.

I'd like to point out that ROC government today has already recognize Mongolia as a country in practice. Ultimate good ending should also include Mongolia, parts of Russia and Tibet, ROC government claimed these regions before. You can even see the image of this version of ROC territory still being shown on the emblem of ROC Marine Corps.

I do wonder what Chang would have done about Tibet, had he won the war. The ROC still officially claimed sovereignty over Tibet. Hell, one of the strips on the original ROC flag represented the Tibetans.
Remember that ROC's official territorial claim is not really taken seriously by its own people or government.
On to the part about Tibet and Chiang, it's totally possible that he will still claim Tibet, and Tibetans will still be treated as second-class citizens.
But there is also the fact that the KMT regime rely on US support, especially since that had KMT won the civil war, China will be the first line of defense against USSR, the importance of Western support will be even greater.
So it's also possible that given enough pressure, Tibet can be independent at last.

The Ultimate Good ending should be the restored Republic of China that includes Tibet, Outer Mongolia and Tanu Tuva. The "super homecoming ending" should include all the claimed territory of ROC plus the Russian Far East and central Asian lands, land lost to Russia by the Qing Dynasty.

Just so you know, good video, and also that, the Kuomintang in case of winning the Civil War, would also have annexed Tibet, since that territory is also claimed as part of China. Hainan ending: Taiwan fell under PRC’s occupation, so they escaped to Hainan instead.
Map for ultimate good ending is incorrect as the ROC still claims (as outlined in their constitution) Tibet and Mongolia. In addition to some portions of Russia northeast of Heilongjiang province and some areas of Sikkim.
I'd like to point out that ROC government today has already recognize Mongolia as a country in practice.
As for constitution...people in Taiwan have stopped taking that joke seriously for quite some time now.
There is also the fact that some articles in ROC constitution is overwritten by the Additional Articles of the Constitution of the Republic of China in effect.
(Basically we can say that Taiwan has two constitutions)
