"I Keep Mine Hidden" was also one of the b-sides on the "Girlfriend In A Coma" 12" single. It had been released over two years prior to this interview. I was a Smiths/Morrissey devotee at the time and was fortunate enough to grow up listening to KROQ. There were several record stores in the area that carried a healthy selection of UK and German imports. My go-to record stores back then were Poo-Bah's, Moby Disc, Middle Earth Records, Hot Rocks, and Tower Records. Hot Rocks became Kaos Records in Covina and is still around. Stepping into that record shop is like stepping back in time to the 1980's. Highly recommended.
I love Morrissey..and his honesty(very refreshing) but it may be an idea for him to write a book called HOW TO MAKE ENEMIES AN ALIENATE EVERYBODY. Only kidding..obviously.
