I know it's sappy, but listening to this, and looking out my livingroom window at 2 in the morning, suddenly made me *very* aware of how short and precious my few years of youth are, something I've considered but never really thought of deeply until now. These 8 minutes felt more like a memory I was reliving/looking back on, and less like normally experiencing time moving forward, if that makes cheesey sense. Beautiful piece 💙
Yea, life is like that once you stop to soak in the reality that you effortlessly ignore. Sometimes I stand in the rain in my backyard, willingly, just to experience every drop that I can as they fall onto my skin. I walk around and watch baby birds learn to fly and hop back to the tree as the parents encourage it from a nearby limb. I watch bugs. The world and this life is amazing and is always teaching if one is willing to watch and learn. Aside from the typical pains and sorrow which I am beginning to love also just for the exlerience, I love everything that exists, even the evil ones. Enjoy this thing we call life as much as you can or better yet, love it.
I used to have a friend, who i had the pleasure to listen to this while we were building a Minecraft cyberpunk city, long back in 2019, and we both were huge fans of DS back then it is a good memory. He ain't with me no more and i just miss him a lot

@@RemixSample Yes, the original is fantastic- but I think you kept the spirit behind the score. Distant, Forlorn, kind of Tragic, as something that was once good had fallen to despair and regret, but still retains that haunting tone, indicating it was once good. Like I said this retains the nature of the original, just like it's heard at a great distance, or in a foggy memory. Keep up the good work!
Here’s the routine for me, head to the shower, pop up UA-cam, select a video the gods of UA-cam selected for me, jump into the shower, a track or so later I hear something I love, get out of the shower, open my iPad, hit like and see that it’s yet another of your tracks. Ahh, this is beautiful. I feel like this melody has a strong "how did we get here, this isn't how things should be" kind of a feeling.
