    Following you for women's health. I asked you for a pregnant diet a year ago. Thanks for the best videos.
    I am still confused about your suggestion of food and exercises for post pregnancy. 1.Should we eat all foods excluding vegetable oils and Sugar products?
    2.Can you name some exercises instead of saying in generic terms?

      I don't recommend vegetables refined oils at all, What is sugar from your point ? Women or men i recommend strength training workouts to keep muscle.

    Sir waiting for 7 day nutrition plan it's hiding I have seen thus video twice for the information

      Yes i am preparing that from last 2 months its more than 7 days plan... With complete nutritional information and 7 days plan fails most of the time if we don't have that food on that day...
