The silver armor has to be the coolest of them all. While I appreciate the alternatives to existing armor classes, seeing all new armor is exciting. We are kinda lacking in unique armor classes outside of faction gear.
You're making it complicated. Do the quest. Break the sets down to acquire the enchantments. Enchant whatever armor you want as many times as you want with smithing.
During the Masser Ring mission I had the craziest turn of events. Out of nowhere, a frost troll shows up, then another, then another, and followed up with a random vampire who came in as an invisible attacker for no apparent reason. I thought it was legit part of the encounter because the ring was so good.
I think the reason that the dwarven plate doesn't have gauntlets or a helmet is to go with the helmet from forgotten seasons and the wraithguard gauntlets. Also Skyrim couriers are fearless to make a delivery while the person is being attacked by a LITERAL DRAGON
It might also be because in Elder Scrolls Blades there's no normal dwarven armor, so the dwarven plate just re-uses the same helmet and gauntlets from Skyrim.
In my recent playthrough I grabbed the Visage of Mzund from the Dwarven Ruin on Solstheim and Sunder/Wraithguard, which were added in the anniversary edition as well. Both of those have Daedric-level armor ratings and with the ancient knowledge boost to Dwarven Armor, the set works great for endgame gear. I also used Spellbreaker until I advanced far enough in the college to get Keening and dual wield it with Sunder.

A little addendum to the "Bones for a Crow" quest: You can go directly to Arcwind as soon as you get the quest and snag the armor. The Forsworn won't be there, only the Draugr. Effectively you can get the quest from the inn keeper in Riverwood as soon as you start the game, then go directly to Arcwind point and have Dragonbone Armor at level 1! I have tested this, it works. Didn’t even know about this was an addition on the ps4! Started playing again once my mate got into it after years of saying he hated Skyrim! I knew the addiction had settled in once I started getting messages at 3 in the morning asking how to get his smithing up quick and wether or not it was a good idea to do the rebellion before or after and then had a whole debate with him one evening about who was better in the rebellion. He now thinks it’s better than Witcher which was his favourite game and so, feeling inspired. I loaded up a Ranger play through I had started, I play a couple characters out of Helgen and decide what their traits are while escaping so when I load it up I know what play style I wanted to do if I get bored of another character. Once I got to a forge to make some gear up I was instantly taken by the scout armour, boots and gloves are a bit clunky so paired them with the leather boots and hide brawler gloves and love the result. This excitement around the game created by all of this is the kind of stuff I remember Skyrim being about when it first launched as well as the dlc’s! It has become a meme about the games history with rereleases but with all the updates and mod content available now I’m actually gealous of my friend and what he gets to experience playing it for the first time😂
The Daedric alt armours are amazing --- but I'm partial to daedric armours in general. What is ironic though, is that the new light daedric armour looks heavier than the new heavy daedric.
I could definitely see my Orc Dual Wielder using that Ebony Set. The enchantments, fashion, & base stats would probably serve me well for most of my playthrough, if not all of it if I felt like it. It does fall a bit short when compared to higher tier armor with custom enchantments in the end game once Alchemy, Smithing, & Enchanting are maxed, but few armor sets will be able to beat this before you get there.
Honestly I play with them all. BUT I think my favorite thing is I completed by Crimson Dirk book collection as well. I just wish there was a glass alternate armor. Oh well thanks for all the wonderful help
The Dragonbone Mail isn't even technically unique, it actually has a slightly different model than the normal Insulated Dragon Plate armor, with the Dragonbone Mail having that dragon skull, which the normal armor doesn't have. Just a little interesting thing I don't think a lot of people notice!
I was mostly excited for dwarven light armour but the legs, hands and helmet look way to heavy themed still. Ended up going back to heavy and using the spellknight armours (also anniversary). They look and act amazingly well.. plus the name itself is reminiscent of the elder scrolls vibe.
Just wanted to give you a friendly reminder: I was able to start the quest for Stalhrim Fur and get the armor before doing the Dragonborn Questline and the Stalhrim Quest.
I bought the daedric plate armor mission from the creation store thing and after I completed it, my plate armor got taken away randomly but kept the normal daedric armor, as well as having different enchantments on it from the enchantments in the video
You also have to complete the quests to make the armor start spawning naturally in the world and added to lootpools, so you’ll see NPCs wearing them too.
I've not done the iron quest, yet those parts frequently come up in loot pools I also got hold of the leather armour early, again with having not done the quest Same with silver, orcish plate, so on and so on
Nice video, you sir got a thumbs up! My favorite armor of the whole lot is the Stahlrim Fur armor, after that the Dragonbone Mail (particularly the one from the quest with full resistance to fire), and finally just for how cool it looks the Silver Armor. They should have made versions for Dragonbone Mail, Stahlrim Fur and Silver brawler gauntlets, if only for how badass they'd look!
I like how the elven hunter uses an npc that's just there already and give him/her (in Se their gender and race change each save file) a backstory and a reason for hiding out in the woods by some necromancers
For the Daedric mail armor for the matching set perk removal you must install Ordinator-Perks of Skyrim mod.Than it makes sense the set! Also i just found two armor sets what isnt in this video. The crusaders heavy and light armor and the enchanted ebony spellknight armor.Crusader got no story, but the Spellknight got story starting in Markarth in one of the rooms on the table is a notes.Knights of the crypt.

something I've always played was a homebrew I named "barbarian". light armor, two handed (sword specifically for a more conan style as opposed to the more obvious choice greataxes) archery, sneak, and smithing, and I've always tried to go for "savage" looking armor, I like the studded dragonscale for my build. haven't enchanted it and don't know if I will for rp reasons.
the dragonbone mail armor , i literally just walked up to it by accident while walking from helgen to riverwood like 15 minutes into the game. gave it to lydia and shes still wearing it lol. send her into battle, fireball the whole thing since shes immune to fire , and everything but her dies lol
The enchantments on the deadtic plate are random and the deadtic male does benefit from all perks both while wereing the helmet and while not whereing anything else with an armour rating in that slot meaning you could still where the atherial crown and get full benifits

This excitement around the game created by all of this is the kind of stuff I remember Skyrim being about when it first launched as well as the dlc’s! It has become a meme about the games history with rereleases but with all the updates and mod content available now I’m actually gealous of my friend and what he gets to experience playing it for the first time😂
11:15 Jon Battleborn just being like " I have ascended beyond the need of doors."
Also that scared the crap out of me
The leather scout with hide brawling gauntlets, mad witcher vibes lol
I'll never understand why the INSULATED Dragonplate armor doesn't have a higher warmth rating than the standard set.
God I fell in love with the silver armor for my holy monk character. Never going for anything different
From what I have seen in terms of style and benefits, the Ebony Plate armor will be my go to armor set.
On the way to crowstooth there will be a dragon regardless of if they’ve been activated from the main quest
The Dragonbone Mail isn't even technically unique, it actually has a slightly different model than the normal Insulated Dragon Plate armor, with the Dragonbone Mail having that dragon skull, which the normal armor doesn't have. Just a little interesting thing I don't think a lot of people notice!
Neat!
The Dragonbone Mail is an artifact, also known as the Dragonbone cuirass in Morrowind.
Been less than a day and I'm already using this video
I was mostly excited for dwarven light armour but the legs, hands and helmet look way to heavy themed still.
Ended up going back to heavy and using the spellknight armours (also anniversary).
They look and act amazingly well.. plus the name itself is reminiscent of the elder scrolls vibe.
11:16 good one man I have watched this like 6 times and haven't noticed that before
Just wanted to give you a friendly reminder: I was able to start the quest for Stalhrim Fur and get the armor before doing the Dragonborn Questline and the Stalhrim Quest.
Also I like the Stalhrim Fur from the Alternative armors but my fav. Armor is probably Madness from Saints and Seducers
I really was feeling the story behind the silver armor. Really felt for her.
you opening the bannerd mares door and jon just appeared was fitting for anniversary edition
You know, if a lot of these criminals in skyrim didn't write journals they could've gotten away with it
I love the silver armor I just feel like a knight with that armor
The Orchish plate mail is super awesome!!!!
I remember stuming across the Dwarven Plate armor without starting any quest. It seems the set is there regardless
The spell knight armor is cool.
To quote Pokemon, I'm goning to collect them all!!! I'm a armor NUT I love getting armor and making new gear! Love it. Thank you
Definitely gonna make a black iron tarkus outfit with the iron armour
I bought the daedric plate armor mission from the creation store thing and after I completed it, my plate armor got taken away randomly but kept the normal daedric armor, as well as having different enchantments on it from the enchantments in the video
You also have to complete the quests to make the armor start spawning naturally in the world and added to lootpools, so you’ll see NPCs wearing them too.
I've not done the iron quest, yet those parts frequently come up in loot pools
I also got hold of the leather armour early, again with having not done the quest
Same with silver, orcish plate, so on and so on
11:15 that was one of the most unexpected funniest things that I've seen in your videos
Thank god I found this vid, there were few missions I was missing, and I was getting mad. God job bro, deserved like.
I actually got the enchanted dragon plate very early on by accident lol haven't taken it off since.
There are also netch leather armors, with a set of unique painted on the Reikling island off the coast.
I have to add: I've noticed that at high enough levels, these armour pieces also randomly appear in chests and many bandits spawn wearing them!
I like how the elven hunter uses an npc that's just there already and give him/her (in Se their gender and race change each save file) a backstory and a reason for hiding out in the woods by some necromancers
Will you be making a video on the Artifacts in the free Fishing creation?
Possibly! Have you been looking at my notes by chance?
@@CaedoGenesis Sorry, can't say. Trade secrets. Love your content, been watching since the Fallout 3 guides
It would have been cool if the Silver Hand would wear silver armor
DAMN THE STEEL SOLDIER HELMET IS THE SAME WORN BY ROYAL SWORDSMAN IN DARK SOULS 2
A Nord in full steel soldier armor with a normal steel shield and a skyforge steel sword is one of the hardest fits in the game ngl.
The iron and silver armor are the coolest looking ones by far in my book
This guys deserves more subs and views 👍
Mr. white? What are you doing here?
@@Vaedh doing your mom…
25:22 finding this body when looking for words of power and I was confused why it was there XD
Orc, orcish plate.. i also love dragonplate.. the helms badass on orcs.. every battle i just run in with a 2h sword screaming for frodo
I was so confused with the new chest in Embershard mine. I spent about 25 minutes pouring over the entire mine looking for a key for the new chest.
I wish they just gave you quest markers like they did when creation club first came out a lot of the quests are hard to find and there are so many of them you almost forget they added em
something I've always played was a homebrew I named "barbarian". light armor, two handed (sword specifically for a more conan style as opposed to the more obvious choice greataxes) archery, sneak, and smithing, and I've always tried to go for "savage" looking armor, I like the studded dragonscale for my build. haven't enchanted it and don't know if I will for rp reasons.
Stumbled onto the dragon insulated armor at level 14 on the way to the shouting Shaolin monks of days past
the dragonbone mail armor , i literally just walked up to it by accident while walking from helgen to riverwood like 15 minutes into the game. gave it to lydia and shes still wearing it lol. send her into battle, fireball the whole thing since shes immune to fire , and everything but her dies lol
The enchantments on the deadtic plate are random and the deadtic male does benefit from all perks both while wereing the helmet and while not whereing anything else with an armour rating in that slot meaning you could still where the atherial crown and get full benifits
I personally love the silver, iron, and steel armor, but a shame that there aren't any new silver weapons and that the silver sword/greatsword can't be tempered
Also, I see that some have seen bandits with deadric and dragon armor, but I have yet to see any with such and I so hope they have the armor and weapons, just to make it like oblivion again
I wish the Silver Hand wore the Silver Armour
Honestly I wish they had made the dragon plate look like the dragon bone cuirass from morrowind.
You mean the Dragonbone Mail, that has been show in the video.
which armor set was your favorite and why silver?
silver armor was first featured in a mobile/Nintendo switch exclusive game called elder scrolls blades!
