Ooo another eh? Dont tell the mrs! This Tmc is no frills but i had lots of fun plinking it today. At least in this form it is very stingy on air. Mag after mag just keep slapping them in.

As you already know my friend, I literally have the > £xact SAM£ gun. I enjoyed watching this video again another time just to have you refresh my memory on some things. The very!! first thing I had to do after taking it out of the box! Was remove that damn china sticker!# lol. Everything else about this gun is so AWESOME. I am seriously addicted. lol. I am now . Looking so forward to covering my walls with collection of different guns. Oh my gosh what a work of art.
If I buy a tank and I put it in this gun and I set the gun to the side will it be ready for you since 6 months if I don't touch it and somebody breaks my house? I've never owned a paintball gun or anything so I don't know how that works does it puncture it right away or is there a valve or something you can turn to stop the flow until you need it or how does it work? That's the only issue I'm having with me deciding to buy or not buy this gun as a self-defense weapon only
An on/off valve should be used for quick action but one can just screw the tank in when needed. Tanks can and do leak down eventually. It is best to check on the tank every few days to see what it is doing for the first bit. Some will hold air for a long while, some weep. Just the nature of pressurized air.
What would you recommend between this and the M17 in terms of reliability, ease of upgrade etc? In the UK here there’s a £50-£60 difference between the two with the M17 being the more expensive
If by more options you mean you mean more money than it’s the M17. Barrels, handguards, magwells, heatcores….they will all cost more if you want to upgrade. The M17 can go from mild to wild.
Definitely going to open this up to get some measurements for non standard drive springs. There are tons of videos regarding polishing the hammer and bolt slides so that too will be on the list.
Im excited to see what you can do with this TMC! Thinking of getting this marker haha but after all your videos are done. Wonder if you can buy the Byrna on off shut off
Thanks friend. Just working on the co2 test right meow and it did much better. Watch for that one later today. Unfortunately Byrna wont sell any parts whatsoever so i am on my own with this one but the wheels are already in motion.
The marker is setup for high pressure air out of the box. If you want to run co2 you need an adapter. The type of adapter will depend on what size air source you are running.
Forgive me my friend, I'm a Newby. I have a Byrna and I love it. I want to use this as a compliment for less lethal home defense. Just tell me what I need to buy so it will work. Lol🙂
I will be testing the MCS Lion Claw in the new year. Smoothbore 0.687 bore. It is available in any length you like really. I am not a fan of using barrel adapters. Every time i tried one i lost velocity so i am saving my money this time.
@@divinicusit is a smoothbore cut the the factory thread no adapter. The Lion Claw has no porting. The porting in a Lapco is a loss of air for the same advertised length.
If you need a conversation kit to make it the same as a byrna, then it's not the same. There's a reason law enforcement/military doesn't use the tippman for less lethal applications like riot control. Tippman will not back their product to be used in such applications. The byrna comes stock with the recommended specs and CO2 capacity for reliable law enforcement or self defense use, no altering necessary. That's why the price tag difference. Ones a tool, the other is a toy. Cheers
It show just how much you know 😂 Hate to break it to you but they are identical. Same specs, same settings only you over paid for your Byrna. Buyers remorse i guess.
@lesslethalfordummies tossed em to soon lol mag fed or hopper what u gonna run and you should do a test how quick it would be to change from the 2 on the fly
@sonnyboysoprano1474 The Defender that Mcs sells is just an elite sold with the Mcs on/off. You can use any on/off you like really but the one they include is designed specifically to be leak free with co2 for an extended period of time. The Gog on/off i used in the hpa test is not good with co2. I am posting a video today using my Pepperball on/off which has been flawless aside from the gauge that stopped working.
Definitely not. Pellgun oil is petroleum based and can be dangerous in a paintball marker. They serve the same purpose but silicone based oils have no chance of combustion being they are synthetic.
Old school. You could open and close this up while being deaf, dumb and blind....and under the influence of mind altering substances. Gawd I miss messing around with 98 style markers. First job was always splitting the shells and polishing every moving part inside.
Lotta of people maybe lived wild when they were young and are now older adults that can Not purchase real firearm,so these toys are one of the options left for home defense, that will still hurt someone and maybe cause them to run instead of robbing your assh
Is your mag jamming? It is important to always wind your magazine before loading. Failing to do so will most certainly cause a snag with the cable. If you forgot even once you may have created a tangle and it will be necessary to open the mag up and service it. I havent done so yet but there are a plethora of UA-cam videos to help already.
YES! A NEW TOY! As you know, I've had my eye on this one as well as another for a while💥💥💥

Thanks Rune. It turns out it is lots of fun.
What would you recommend between this and the M17 in terms of reliability, ease of upgrade etc? In the UK here there’s a £50-£60 difference between the two with the M17 being the more expensive
M17 is more powerful hands down. The Tmc is super efficient on air so if you want to do lots of plinking it can save you some money.
@@lesslethalfordummies in terms of upgrading, which one offers more options?

Nice looking marker curious to see what you can squeeze out of it
Keep your 👁️ peeled. I will be documenting the journey as usual.

How is this firing rubber or nylon balls or does the mag spring need replaced with a stronger spring first?
No modifications to the magazine required. I do recommend to avoid rubber coated balls. You want smooth nylon or pvc coated for any magfed markers.

Is it possible to convert it from Co2 in the stock to a refillable HPA tank in the stock?
Originally mine came setup with air in the stock as the Elite model. The basic model is setup through the grip like i have meow.
@lesslethalfordummies After a buncha looking I figured out the Elite would be the way to go. There seems to be a lot of variations of the TMC.

Where can i find the kit to turn back in air thru grippe
Tippmannparts or MCS. At the time Tippmann was sold out so i did get mine from MCS.

is this the same as the Tippman TMC Emergency Defender?
Yes the Defender variant that Mcs sells just includes an inline on/off.
