what would happend if you put the home 24 co2 restrictor disc, no valve block, z ram firing pin and the z ram extention ? plus the tunning barrel?
Where do you get that Magwell?
Rockstar Tactical or MCS has it.
Does it affect the reliability of this marker?
I would pass on the Super Bolt. It didnt deliver anything the factory setup didnt already provide.
@lesslethalfordummies Thank you for your honest input! I'm still debating whether to get the TMC defender or the 468 defender, I can't decide
@@ricardlubin3175my 468 is supposed to arrive today 😁
@@lesslethalfordummies I will definitely will be waiting for that video before making a decision!!! I've been told that the TMC was an excellent option and easy to use. On the other hand I've been told that the 468 is a better built, more powerful and reliable.
We shall see!
What could go wrong indeed! Now I'm gonna hit my sack☠️💨💥💥💥
Ooof! 🥜 🤣
Hello a bit late to the party can I ask I got the the tuning barrel it's not the long one will it still fit in carbine kit or do I have to buy the the long barrel
The tuning barrel set will be short of sticking out the end which might make it difficult to screw that second extension on but would work just fine.
Thank you for your help so I got my tuning barrel from home defence it come with the power kit it's got a little bit that come out of the gun that will still work with the carbine kit
Yes with just the short tuning barrel in the launcher it will fit the carbine kit without any modifications but you do still have to remove the fake barrel that comes installed in the carbine. Now if you want to run an extension on the carbine only then you will have make the pass through hole in the carbine larger. Someone here in the comments heat up the fake barrel and pushed it through like my socket idea and it worked much better.
Thank you very much ☺️ I think I get it now 😀 so it will fit the carbine kit with my little tuning barrel on my gun thank you 😊
😎Good test nice work 🤩🏁🏁🏁
So far so good and now no need to get ripped off buying “orings”.
OK dumb question but why do you lose 2 balls of the mag with the smg magwell?
It was just by design. Magneticc detents will solve that issue.
@lesslethalfordummies it just seems to scratch the SMG itch.... And I have multiple handguns and a shotgun already, so swap to mag detents is easy at least.
That dent in the background just sitting there... watching... judging us 😂😂
Was it that obvious?
@lesslethalfordummies not that bad. Im just being sarcastic 😄. I had to look for it and zoom in on my phone to see it more clearly 😅
Oils warming up ,, best results dryfire with oil rimoil have it warm please oil inn tube like you did but dry fire tell the air and oil is pressing out the barrow. The the air system is refit for use /member alow time for , remaining oil to exit the barrow =barrow to ground too remove oil saturation,, your trying to glase the hole presher release system oil.
Have you done anything with a Valken Roscoe? I kind of want one as a webley fangirl
Before my channel was a thing yes. For $100 it is a fun revolver and thats about it.
@@lesslethalfordummiesIm thinking about one for milsim events so the 7.5j power isn't a negative tbh. Though I'm intruiged by the high power valve. If yiu want to sell it let me know ;) given they are SUPRISINGLY HARD to find in the US. Also... For. Your o ring issues maybe try vitron iv found it to be resistant to oil and cold and a standard upgrade for co2 airsoft guns especially in high stress and low temp stuff.
@@jediknight1294 the Roscoe is long gone for me. From my research when I purchased it paintballers weren’t having much luck with it shooting balls, but rather FSR which has become a bit of rarity in the 50cal size these days. A few years ago it was over $200.
@lesslethalfordummies yeah iv heard it chops balls fairly heavily. The advantage for Me is we are using it shooting foam balls or plastic 'indoor paintballs' for the most part. It's one of the things I got into the less lethal side via, using them. For training and milsim stuff. And given I'm Running a ww2 event in the next few years... Seemed a logical. Choice
I’m gonna order those o rings and give it a shot, I could use another 10 fps😂
I am just swapping my other M17 over at the moment 🙂
Timely. 👍 As my first M17 arrives tomorrow! Much appreciated. Watched alot of your videos while i was on the fence about getting one but this video is solid, starting from day 1. Cheers from a fellow Canadian!
Got any questions just ask. 🇨🇦
No balls on deck with the julv3 !!! And Magnetic hopper port …. Lol
This was my very first M17. It doesn’t get all the good stuff. More like it gets an ass whoopin.
Well that almost steals it 12 gram Umarex adapter when Pyramyd air has them back in stock
Nice experiment., The blank shot definitely would have cost a little extra air but the different o-ring definitely seems to have potential
For now i will just continue to beat on this new oring and see what happens in the long run.
Wow that looked like more then a couple squirts of oil how much did you use 2-3 more
Launchers love oil. There is such a thing as too much but not in this case. Some markers crave oil to prevent spitting orings at LL pressures.
@@lesslethalfordummies OK did not know that oil oil oil got it thanks
@@smokingunclefrank6037since i dont rebuild these using grease like the factory i oil every cartridge or tank no matter what. It has proved worthwhile as my failures have been greatly reduced. Now if oil is spray out the barrel thats definitely too much.
Is the valken M17 standard heatcore o-ring the same as the 3pack grimburg less lethal sells?
Yes it is.
What about the heatcore orings that home defense 24 sells for the valken m17
Never tried them.
Wow, what a big dent you have...😅
You need a Pistelle X-68 😎

Not bad there Shawn, if I can get near that on my Mission 4 I'll be happier still, that being said, Byrna frown on turning them up I may wait a little bit and first try other rounds in it so far I've only shot Byrna kinetic projectiles so after i try some other stuff like joules I'll see, i actually thought about what it would with an 1100 psi tank but it makes me a little nervous doing that especially with what it coast and it's new so i guess I'm babying it a little right now
The Byrna Kinetics were one of the top performing projectiles in the TMC. Their lightweight bodes well when used in a blow back launcher.
@@lesslethalfordummies Good to know I wasn't getting great power with Byrna Kinetics so maybe I'll bump it a little after some other tests
@@smokingunclefrank6037due to the narrow passages in the TMC its best result are using co2. If you are going to use HPA i suggest 1100psi. It will eat it up all day long. 800psi you will be very disappointed when comparing it to co2.
So I've been wondering you said you don't like the look of your tank out the bottom why not just leave it out the stock ? I prefer that myself but different strokes
I moved its location specifically for co2 use.
Maybe a short piece of tubing going around the bend in the mag might be a problem I usually just load to in my M17 just because
Snap that's what I hate about the Gmag that metal clip that holds the top together it get's worn out I had to put heavy rubbery bands on mine after trying to fix something it works but I wish they slid on like the Tippmann TMC mag's, now that's a good tip co2 harmer, I still like it out the back but stock better then saying out the but almost made that mistake 🤣🤣😂
My Gmags became brittle and have started to fall apart. They are just a flat out crappy design. I may still move the air out back if i can shortened it up a little.
I should have gotten one when you still could unfortunately Byrna bought Tippmann out, so I just got the more expensive Mission 4 that said great video Shawn, because they are very similar now I know how to boost the power 😎😎thanks
Difference is colour and that nifty slide check the Byrna gets which is a pretty cool feature.
Yeah who cares about full auto well maybe some not me I never use it on my M17 that has it control is the name of the game
And you will be showing us how to delete that last PRV when, Sensi? BOOYAA!!! :D
I will. Its quite easy and reversible. Nothing permanent. I wanted to do one less video with some nerf rockets before i show what i did. Ill admit my launcher charged to 500 bone stock and is more than enough to launch balls for the dog or knock someone on their ass.
@@lesslethalfordummies I'm reminded of an entry our team did a while back, and a dirt bag said, "Shoot me. I dare you." 🤣
@@AustinTaylor-b1owon’t find me on the business end. How did that work out for him? 😂
@@lesslethalfordummies As I recall, he took a double-tap, center chest w/riot balls and folded like a cloth napkin. With this, I'm picturing more of a dirt bag shaped hole in the sheetrock like in old school cartoons.
Be careful you don't hit your garage door
🤦🏽
Hey man! Great video. Exactly the info I needed after my cracked upper receiver fiasco. Helped me a ton on my first full teardown. Travis approved! 🤘🤓
You are welcome. Was it you that posted in the FB group with the cracked receiver?
@lesslethalfordummies Yes indeed! I was able to get MCS to sell me just a new upper for a decent price, so it should be up and running again soon. 👍
Excellent news! What kind of projectiles were you shooting?
Just aluminum balls.@@lesslethalfordummies
Gut gemacht,Micro 👍
