TCS, which crossed benchmark of first Indian company of $100 billion is just a 1 among the several others of TATA group and overall it's several billion $ group. The important part is 66% of its earning is used for social welfare, otherwise TATA would have been the most richest person on earth. That's why TATA is highly respected in India for sure, and might be in abroad too.

we indians love TATA. he had done the most to this country and for that he is the only Indian businessmen who is been honored with BHARAAT RATNA (highest civilian award in india)
TATA group never faced any serious labour strike or mfg plant closure, the management takes good care of its staff & the employees r proud to work for TATA. also the max share r held by CHARITY trust, hence TATA never could make the worlds richest person. He is one of the most humble & respected person in india.

Proud that I was born in Jamshedpur where it all started. My dad worked with the company for his entire career and there’s not a single corporation in this world that matches up to the way The Tata Group takes care of its employees. Life was like being wrapped up in cotton wool and the community was solid. Miss those days. But most of all, miss my dad who passed away October 12, 2018. 💔

Tata’s chairman was given award by world labor organization. This is the company that literally take care of employees, their housing, education, daily supply. In India they are in every business possible. They have properties at prime locations in every cities in India. 65% of their profit goes in philanthropy and yet made their shareholders and employees rich all along.
