I forgot to mention! MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN THE EXHAUST WITH BRAKE CLEANER BEFORE TURNING THE BIKE ON. This will make sure that none of the finger prints or dirt get burnt into the exhaust.

One of the fastest bikes, point to point, that i have ever ridden was a 2001 CBR600 F4i. It was an Ex Ten Kate racing, WSS bike that had been bought from Ten Kate Racing. Ten Kate sold its CBR600F4i's when the RR model came out, most stayed as race bikes or trackday bikes but this one had been put back on the road by the guy that bought it. I became friends with him after he moved to NZ, and brought the bike with him. The thing was so damn quick and easy to ride fast, I read once that even HRC couldnt believe how much HP Ten Kate was getting out of those 01/02 CBR's.
I've always loved the sound of a CBR 600!!

Back in the late 90s early 2000s, Igor Akrapovič claimed that the only exhausts that were as good as his, were Arrow, and Japanese Yoshimuras. :-)

Don't forget to renew you header gaskets ... I install an Akra header to my Z1000 and forget it the first time ... so I had to install the header twice 👍🏻 is was leaking

I have a 2015 CBR 600rr. just got a set of arrow headers. the instructions are Terrible. yours are better. I can't get them to fit at all.

Glad I watched this, I have arrow collector for my r1 and thought the header flanges fit to loosely but yours are the same so I’m assuming it’s normal.

Your bike is so sick man ,I can't decide between a cbr600rr or a gsxr 600. Was firmly in favour of the gsxr but now in leaning towards the CBR. Good problem to have though

I have a Two brothers Slip on for my 07 600RR, will these headers fit? Also, when you put the headers on does that mean that you have a full system exhaust now? I just picked up my CBR this past Friday so I'm new to all this.

Looks like a great product! How does it do as far as oil filter clearance? Does it the bike feel stronger at mid range or too end! What about sound?
What clearance? lol! There isn't any, oil changes now require the additional step of removing the coolant reservoir, I knew that going into it though. I'm going to make a video of me installing autotune and test riding it. I have all the footage, just about editing it now. The power is increased everywhere. Right off the line, and high up. Less throttle is required to lift that front end, it's nuts!
I hope you know that with these arrow headers you will not be able to change your oil filter without removing the pipes , is it really worth it ? How about just a cat delete

Any one of the slipons that bolts onto the stock header should work with the arrow exhaust. Of course I always say do your own research first. But there shouldn't be a problem, I would think.

Hi. This might be a dumb question. But what type of mid pipe do you have? Stock or akropovic? I have a Leo silencer and stock midpipe. I have the arrow headers collector set on the way. I’m just wondering if you think I might have fitment issues

Nice video! & new to your channel. I have a CBRrr 2006 and I saw you said something about the F1. When I turn my bike on it appear for only a few second and than disappear. My question is what's F1 mean?
FI = Fuel Injection
Sometimes when installing new headers/end cans your bike will run a bit too lean or rich ( either not enough, or too much fuel in the engine ) due to the change in airflow. This will often cause your ECU to throw a FI error.
It's not the end of the world, but it's something that you might want to get looked at, an EFI unit such as a Power Commander can rectify the problem too, but it's best to get a tune/tweak done to the ECU if you do a full system replacement ( headers/cat/end can ).

The FI light always lights up before you start the bike. As long as it goes off you are all set. I showed that the FI light was off because some people said if you disconnect the servo it turns it off, I wanted to show that isn't true. If the bike does have an FI light on when riding then that's a really bad thing as it puts the bike into LIMP mode and will cut power.

How much louder did the arrow headers make the bike compared to just the slip on? I’m really really stuck if I get should get the headers or not lol I currently have a yoshimira rs5
It makes it a little louder, but the main thing is that the sound changes to a bit deeper. I like it a lot.

You can just close it and let it be. But I would recommend getting a tune.

One more question please, i noticed that you have healtech gear indicator, i bought healtech quick shifter too, should i install and program the gear indicator adter installing the quick shifter? I'm asking this because i know that the geae indicator must be programed by pulling and releasing the clutch lever.

You need to double check for yourself. But it Arrow does say it will work with any slip on. So you should be okay.

Nope, stock CBR doesn't have an o2 sensor. I believe until 09 or '13 I cannot remember. But that's why the 07-08 were the fastest because they had less restrictions.
mine 09 600rr has an o2 sensor, maybe the difference is between US and EU version.

"clamp" is actually "flange" and those studs should seriously be replaced every time you remove headers.. Experiance from an auto tech :D
