      Hit it with compressed air to get rid of the dust every few weeks, and waterless wash/wax every year. I'm sure his garage gets dusty, but this retired race bike isn't going to see anymore of the real world. The most challenging thing to clean off this bike as it sits up there is dust fallout.

    • @crisnmaryfam7344
      @crisnmaryfam7344 Рік тому

      @@omg_stoppit Hes probably wondering about fluids and such. Oil, Gasoline, and such create varnish after being allowed to sit, and will rust the tank out from the inside, the engine internals and the coolant system ect. All those fluids have shelf life, and are likely swapped out for something specifically designed for long term storage, much like a camper is when its parked for years.

    Walt Brown in Tarpon Springs, FL is exactly the same lol. He owns many Ducati’s and a few that have won some massive races. He not only taught us how to properly start them but would encourage us to ride them around his estate. Best client ever and to this day I own 6 motorcycles now. The smell of race gas and the massive barrels of fuel just flooded my memory thinking about it again. Some clients are exceptional and those are the ones that make this career special.
