What if Some Crazy guy keeps Following me and I tell him to Stay back but he gets Closer and I have a gun (open carry) when am I allowed to use it for Self defense?
It's all very fact-specific. The rule is that hurting someone in self-defense is legal in Nevada under the following circumstance: The non-aggressor in the situation reasonably believes he/she is facing immediate bodily harm, and The non-aggressor uses no more physical force than necessary to protect him/herself from the aggressor. In short, self-defense has to be reasonable to be lawful.
If someone breaks into my home at night and i dont know if he has a weapon or i dont see him with a weapon am i allowed to shoot him or i actually have to see him with a weapon even though he broke in? Nevada
+abrahamTidy bOytwobrawls At that point, it's a judgment call. If a reasonable person in that situation could find a way to retreat, that's always the best way to go. But if a reasonable person would have no way out but to use physical force, that could be a defense. But that is definitely a case-by-case gray area.
What if when a person verbally consents a fight approaching you at the same time so you attack first?
Can you kick someone out of your car by force?
If you’re looking for a real answer you’re gonna have to be specific with your question.
If the cops don't know who the primary aggressor is they should arrest no one
We agree!

We argue that it is unnecessary for you to see a weapon before you can shoot.
