- After a fun introductory showcase, Brian will show you how simple and easy it is to create envelopes using Embrilliance StitchArtist. YES, this can be done in ALL levels of StitchArtist!
What is an envelope? It is an object shape that you can have the software morph letters into. These can be as simple as a megaphone or parallelogram , or fun and decorative like a heart, waves or even a fish!
This video will show you how to create your own envelopes as well as troubleshoot them when the letters do not follow the shape as you envision.

Great tutorial! thanks - what fun! 🤗
looks like fun
What did you do to get the story fitted into box?
Gold Star he applied the envelope as shown in the video. If you’d like more info on envelopes, please contact support on the website. Http://embrilliance.com/contact-us/
Hello please does the software digitise for a single sequins and cording?
Not at this time.
Can you use other fonts? Fonts that I've imported will not work with the envelope.
Envelopes work with the lettering tool, not with stitch files or designs. Even if those designs happen to look like letters. They are still just designs.
Can shapes from the library be designated as envelopes?
If they fit the criteria of drawing an envelope as shown in this video - yes.
My lines draw as a curve & not straight line....
Hey Junell, I'm sure you have already figured it out but just in case. You have to hold the command key when making a straight line. Or you can right click the line after you have created it and it gives you an option to change the line to another style. Hope this helps.
