I first started a home gym over 30 years ago. Went with economy equipment i.e. body solid etc. I actually had a couple of welds break on the rack. Not even going that heavy, maybe 250lbs. I have since smartened up. I have a Legend half rack, Legend 3 way bench, Rogue stainless bar, Werksan bar, some Rogue adjustable dumbbells etc. I haven't had any issues with the equipment. "Buy once, cry once". I'm jealous of your set up.
Estimate: $12,150.50. I don't know lol. But it's a cool setup for a home gym. I've been thinking about investing in a Rogue echo bike but I'm on the fence for if it's worth it or how practical it is for conditioning. Looks like a good warm-up tool but also could be a piece of equipment you can really get after it on.
That's not ridiculous at all. It's a great investment in your health & wellness. No more gym fees, no more commutes, no more dealing with morons in the gym, 24 hour access, etc, etc. Keep up the great content.
Awesome video! Assuming you use this for the next 30 years, $12,000 breaks down to $33 a month. That is about the same cost as a monthly gym. However, you no longer have to commute or deal with sharing equipment so I say money well spent!
Thanks for sharing and making me feel better about what I spent...I got the rogue and the stall mats and I found a deal on weights fir $1.00 per pound...thanks brother and enjoy your gym
I guesstimate $11,324. Awesome setup man. We have built our own home gym here and although I am proud of what we’ve built. This is just amazing. Excellent work!
Funny, we have almost the same gym. I have the same color RM-6 with similar attachments, horse stall mats taped down (no tread tho), Peloton, and very similar dumbbells. You spent way more on the room itself than I did. I have four concrete walls and nothing at all on them. Need to step my game up.
$19,865? EDIT: Watched through the video and boy does that equipment add up fast. I will say, I would love to see how much RH totaled up for the house as I do know how expensive they can get.
I think it’s fair. The only thing I would have suggested was going on Facebook marketplace to get second hand to just save a couple bucks when you can.
I’m going to guess, $14k...I have a very “bare bones” homegym and I’ve been very conscious to do it the cheapest but most effective way possible and I spent around $3-4k. With all brand-new rogue, I’d say $14k...let’s see if I’m close! Looks awesome!
You have a keen eye for quality, and that sets your gym apart. That and the fact that you actually use it rather than just think of it as different furniture! 😅 It's exciting to see how it all came together.
How did you pay $2300 with shipping and straps? I’m trying to buy same one and shipping is a little ove $300 and taxes is almost $200 mine says total with shipping and taxes is $2755.66 with shipping and taxes.
Gotta get a cable machine for lat pull-downs and triceps extensions and a GHR for legs , and you should have considered getting a bench that u can use for leg extensions and leg curls , and a heater and fan for winter and summer and I love ab rollers I feel they get your core strong as sh!t
If your going to spend that sort of money, then a top notch home gym is the best thing to spend it on. Btw, if you were in the UK it would probably cost you double that.
My parents invested in a bench, squat stand, nice barbell for me and don’t get me wrong I’m insanely thankful and it’s been amazing, but the equipment is all outside they didn’t want to have it inside or in the garage and honestly it breaks my heart everytime I see my rogue bar outside Yk how could I convince my parents to change the location of the stuff cause I want it to all last as long as it possible could you know
Horse stall mats! And if it's an issue of space, help them organize. Install shelving, get rid of unnecessary stuff. Give everything a home. I had to reorganize my entire garage, which has my business in there as well and it worked out, I opened up half of the two car garage for the gym.
It's about protecting an investment and also about self care. Making it easier for them to say yes is what it's all about. Figure out what their objections are and find Solutions.
My 100'' Monster rack came in with the upright rusted throughout the inside. The response I got from rouge "After further review, this is actually quite normal and to be expected. The inside of the tubing will not be coated and is standard across the industry." It's sad that my $3000 rack came in with rust "shinning" through the holes." Has anyone else had this issue?
Might have saved some money if you bought all rogue and took advantage of their buy $5000 worth of equipment get free shipping. Maybe with the Covid that’s not an option right now. I’m with you though why build a cheap home gym. If you buy cheap you’ll have to replace it and just spend more money. Buy the best and only buy once. Great video.
I will never have a home gym, I live in apartment. I just really enjoy your videos. Just going to make an uniformed guess, 15,000. Would love some ps select.
You should definitely get the Rogue Rhino with the space you have and the Rhino will add more versatility for your workout! I wish I have as much space as you! I can only get a RM-3 and love your RM-6!!!! Well done!!!
Love the new setup. Nothing is wrong with having nice things.
Unless he robbed a bank , he can spend the money on whatever the hell he wants . Nothing wrong with getting healthy with style ;)
Exactly, work harder, and buy nice investments. Because thats what it is
That mirror is sick. I use the window of my drivers side door to stare at my pump.

I really enjoy the quality of your videos, the content, and your enthusiasm. Keep up the good work and post more so I can watch more! Great gym!
Based off the quality of the video I’m amazed to see you at under 500k subs but soon to come I suppose. Nice gym for sure!

You should have tried to spend the same cost of the house, but in the garage gym. It's a flex, but it's subtle.
Home gym is worth it. Taking care of your body and health is a top priority!
Been waiting for this for a while. As an accountant and money nerd, this is fascinating.
Guessing 12k as total cost.
Stopped at 0:54 seconds into the video...$4,217.63. Love the content brother! Wish I had this home gym setup at my house!
Don’t think your an idiot you only live once and you can’t take anything with you so live it up!!! dream set up 👍🏻
@12:58 NO EXCUSES!! Home gym is open 24x7!!
That's not ridiculous at all. It's a great investment in your health & wellness. No more gym fees, no more commutes, no more dealing with morons in the gym, 24 hour access, etc, etc. Keep up the great content.

I agree! Thanks for watching
i'm looking to build the same thing, great job. money well spent imho
I love that accent wall, do you have a video or link showing how to do this?
We hired a carpenter. I’m not handy haha
Thanks for sharing and making me feel better about what I spent...I got the rogue and the stall mats and I found a deal on weights fir $1.00 per pound...thanks brother and enjoy your gym
$12,493 is my guess. Literally don’t know why that amount, but I’m going with it
I guesstimate $11,324. Awesome setup man. We have built our own home gym here and although I am proud of what we’ve built. This is just amazing. Excellent work!

Haha nah you’ve got all you need! Thanks for watching
Great video mate, keep up the good work..
Does your mirror have a frame or are they frameless? What clips did u use? Or did u use a j channel?
I just used “the mirror company”
Anything in this setup that you found to be much lower value (not much bang for the buck) than others? Looks great, especially the back wall.
Honestly I’m very happy with everything I got !
$19,865?
EDIT: Watched through the video and boy does that equipment add up fast. I will say, I would love to see how much RH totaled up for the house as I do know how expensive they can get.
Would u ever invest in a rowing machine? I love mine
Nahhh
I think it’s fair. The only thing I would have suggested was going on Facebook marketplace to get second hand to just save a couple bucks when you can.

Great gym bro. Why not put the Pelton bike in the gym?
Too cold lol
$28,457. Can't wait for the rest of the video!
Edit: I went way too high lol.
Thank you for mentioning the Mirror Company! I had a local guy booked and I was going to pay 550, you just saved me 150 bucks!
Awesome!
13,400. Rogue makes stuff in Columbus, Ohio where I live now, and I used to live in Austin for 8 years! Who won?
Your gym is amazing Travis! 💯 dream gym 💪 😎
You have a keen eye for quality, and that sets your gym apart. That and the fact that you actually use it rather than just think of it as different furniture! 😅 It's exciting to see how it all came together.
Thank you!
How do you get a monster lite matador to fit the rm6?
It’s the monster version. Screen shot is wrong sorry !
How did you pay $2300 with shipping and straps? I’m trying to buy same one and shipping is a little ove $300 and taxes is almost $200 mine says total with shipping and taxes is $2755.66 with shipping and taxes.
🤷♂️🤷♂️ just checked out on the website .

Protective rubber mats for inside floor protection. :)

What does Meghan think about you getting her a 'beater bar'?
12.5k probably??? Hopefully I’m not off because of the dumbbells... I don’t know pricing too well on those
ONE DOLLAR BOB!!
thank god i am week and only do crossfit, my home gym set-up was just around 1.000 €
Health is wealth I think you have a gym their for the rest of your life .
My 100'' Monster rack came in with the upright rusted throughout the inside. The response I got from rouge "After further review, this is actually quite normal and to be expected. Yes. Mine is rusted as well....
thanks for the candidness big T
What r ur bands hung on?
Just a hook from amazon
I love your rack, looks pretty cool ! I guess you need a cable pulley system, that's home gym essential too :-)
Might have saved some money if you bought all rogue and took advantage of their buy $5000 worth of equipment get free shipping. Maybe with the Covid that’s not an option right now. I’m with you though why build a cheap home gym. If you buy cheap you’ll have to replace it and just spend more money. Buy the best and only buy once. Great video.
Nothing ridiculous about it brother...health/wellness and longevity is priceless! 🤩🤘 Sweet setup!
If you guys think that’s expensive, I have a similar rogue setup, I’m in Canada so add 27% to that price + extra for shipping. Sucks for us
ouch....
Restoration hardware is good looking but the quality isn’t there compared to custom furniture you can get elsewhere.
I'm guessing it's about 14k. That's everything.
Gym equipment became so expensive due to Covid-19. But it better to buy quality. So probably around 25k.
From the blurred number in the thumbnail it looks like $25,000 lol. But my guess is $24,999 because 25k looks better for the UA-cam algorithm lol
$15,678. But still thinking that you did a great job putting all of this together!
For me I'd have easily dropped 10k on a lounge suite and TV but that's also partly cause I grew up poor and never had a nice TV or couch
There's never enough money to spend on gym equipment
$18,425 which includes all freight costs
15,500?
Paused it too early, he said post it on Insta 😂
13,357 based on current prices
Love that the beater bar is for the landmine and Megan! 😂
I'm going to guess $15,642.99
A wild guess tbh 🤪
Building a home gym myself, my budget is about half that amount but still worth it for me.
Cost of gains = priceless
Dam my guess of 10k wouldnt have been too far off
$14,500? Definitely a dream of mine to have my own gym!
Cheating would be breaking the rich homie code ! Awesome video Trav !
Total of 20,000?
When I watch Travis videos at night so I can’t guess 🥲
Guesstimate would be around $11,078.87. Pretty sweet set up nonetheless!
$13, 700.00 And who wouldn't want a home gym like that !!
I will never have a home gym, I live in apartment. I just really enjoy your videos. Just going to make an uniformed guess, 15,000. Would love some ps select.
I guess $12,970. After your video last week I was thinking it had to be over 10k, let’s see!
I’m going to guess it cost $12,739. But man that is a nice looking gym!
Ahhhh that's probably 12.7k but with some discounts knowing your sales intellect the final coat was like 12.3k ish
High lift garage door with jackshaft motor
What height is your RM-6?
90
Total of $15,867 for the whole gym setup!
Ima say around $24,386 give or take but just a guess!
Your business your money. Enjoy!!!
I would guess around $13,200 but hey if you’re happy then it’s worth it in my opinion. Keep making gym videos for those writes off’s 👍.
I love how you’ve got a lot of rogue 😂😂👍
$18,762 for everything, shot in the dark
If I had to guess 13,678 on the home gym
With that much I would buy a tytax.
crazy how 90% of comments got $12k and yet didn't cheat :O
I noticed the same ... disappointing :(
@@BusinessAndFitness Omg travis commented on my comment. MOM G E T T H E C A M E R A !
After 4 years...Time to say Goodbye Brother. Been there since the beginning. Ohio to Austin Texas. ✌️
How come?
@@BusinessAndFitness He's probably mad because you are a hard worker and deserved to build your self a nice gym.
I’m going to guess a grand total 24,800 usd. Thanks for the vid.
You should definitely get the Rogue Rhino with the space you have and the Rhino will add more versatility for your workout! I wish I have as much space as you! I can only get a RM-3 and love your RM-6!!!! Well done!!!
My home gym is pretty similar to your, so thinking $12,438
$59 000.00 that’s my guess and I’m sticking to it
Wow I overshot
I'm guessing $22,498 total
16k?
Def 11k at least, maybe biased considering I also searched for home gym equipment. Haha looks amazing
Thank you for the REP fitness swipe ups on IG btw, helped me snag some items!
My honest guess is about $15,000
You start your day at 4am?!
around 8,730 $
first time watching this channel, and I just know damn well hes been called ripped Roman Atwood atleast a few times 😂
Hahahah YES
you know shipping is free if you bought over 5K at the same time right? lol
False. All purchased during the pandemic when even if you could find $5K of equipment at once (you couldn’t) it still wouldn’t ship free
