It's a really fascinating topic. As someone who is part of genz, I have a substantially older mentality. People want everything given to them without the effort, without doing the hard part of not buying stuff they want right now. Most stuff they buy isn't needed, but it has to be the latest and greatest. Older generations put most of their money away, and lived off what they could but that's no longer the case. You must have the biggest X or Y or Z. But it's always their choice, spending hundreds on shoes or clothing, most people just don't have the foresight to hoard or accumulate - in this case wealth.

Extremely Valid Point. The current generations complain of lack of generational wealth, yet they are ALSO not investing in things to be able to pass down. That really is on the parents to instill, however even if you try to do that, it is up to the next generation to listen to it!😂 Peer pressure is ALOT of that I feel. I notice not only friends and what they have, but I notice youtube will product push on the kids as well.
