It was a crazy time in the beginning, but amazingly by 2009 things had started turning around and PS3 got down to $299, and the exclusive 1st party IPs increased more and more every year.
GTA used it. It sucks that it doesn't work on PS4, so you can't control the acceleration. The song starting at 8:15 sounds a lot like the Vice City theme song.
