Thank-you Wisdom For Life, sincerely. I've entered my 70's now and I have more time to explore my previously squelched sense of wonder. Running a business, raising a family and being a responsible and busy member of society did not help expand my once endless thirst for understanding "what exactly is life". The last I recall I was 8 years old, lying face down in the grass and parting the blades to make passages for travel-bound ants. I always compared my life to theirs imagining there was little difference. A voice told me "You'll always have an awareness of life in the world, no matter what". It was a thought deeper than my ability to comprehend and yet I've never forgotten it. Fast forward 60 some years and I've just put my ear buds in, reclined in my comfy chair, turned on your video and I'm exploring through the grass once again. Thank-you deeply.
Such a wonderful comment. Poetic. Thank you 🙏 please check out the second half of my latest video (is everything alive) and let me know your thoughts on what exactly life is.
Awesome comment my friend, weird feeling isn't it? We yearn for so many answers to almost impossible questions and this video touches base with a lot of them, again Awesome comment 😊
I learn more about life from this one video than from 20 years of learning and practicing religion, that is saying a lot. Please keep it up, this video should at least have 500 million views.
These words are the same thing that I have been thinking but could not communicate what I was thinking. Regarding the video, in the same way of this truth - our limited knowledge thinks that there was a big bang. It’s hard for us to believe in infinity. We are always thinking of a beginning and an end. We are also bound by gravity and direction.
What an amazing, mind blowing, addictive and well narrated video. Genuinely blown my mind, especially the size compassion part. The way he relates space to here is brilliant.
Everyone needs to watch this and listen to it.....these ppl are smarter and have the ability to explain things better than any video iv watched on UA-cam....and its amazing that i believe most of what they are saying i just did not have the words to explain it to the ppl around me.....excellent words dear ppl.
The more you learn about space, the more freaky and bizarre it becomes. There has to be a truly mind-boggling amount of other life forms out there, wondering also if they're alone too. Just the thought of that excites me so much, my imagination goes into overdrive just thinking about what they could possibly be like! Maybe due to the sheer size of the universe, other civilisations will never meet each other. All part of a bigger plan I think in all honesty. Too bad I'll never get a lot of answers in my lifetime but I'm excited for all the future generations that are going to be discovering so much. As the saying goes 'born too late to explore the planet, born too early to explore the universe.' Rather appropriate for all of us right here right now sadly. In terms of space exploration, we're pretty much at the equivalent of creating the wheel or discovering how to make fire- that's how early we are in our quest for answers.
"There has to be a truly mind-boggling amount of other life forms out there" Pray we humans are the only intelligent life in the universe because if there's more intelligent lifeforms in the universe then the best case scenario for humans is where our expansion in the universe is limited and controlled by those more intelligent lifeforms out of self-preservation. There's many darker scenarios especially after those intelligent lifeforms recognize the long ongoing human history of lying, violence, cheating, stealing, warmongering and greed. Any intelligent life in the universe would easily classify humans as untrustworthy and dangerous or simply a monster type of species.
There's a reason why people who cling to Fermi's Paradox are so stupid: They don't Want to admit that there are other intelligent beings already here, upon this planet: Earth. Denial doesn't make you a respectable scientist. We don't need the approval of the Church of Science. We Know they are here, and orbiting Earth as you read this.
It starts with being humble and appreciation for everything around us. Society is braking down.. and with that goes respect .. taking things for granted .. it’s a long list.. but along those lines. Some find meaning in their families.. as thats enough to take care of and stay busy with. You give it meaning in the things you love doing.
wHAT HAS THE Fermi(It is *no_ kind* of paradox) got to do with whatever you seek to convey by the words "meaning of life"? You have no odea what you seek to convey by the words" the meaning of life", have you? You have even les of an idea what you seek to convey by the word "meaning", it being one of those words which you use to indicate something but you have no idea what, which is typical of a lazy untrained and undisciplined mind which is a word /dream machine. what exactly*Is* meaning? Of course you have no idea; why might you?
I have long believed that time zones and physical distances of stars and planets from earth will one day be accessable to us in ways we currently do not understand, but will understand at some point in the future. "Never" is a very poor choice of words when discussing the cosmos..... I really appreciated this video....
“And the Oscar for the most asinine and halfwitted video ever to appear on Fooltube -Now renamed the *Wanker* , goes to Where are the banjo -playing Russel's-paradox solving water-buffalo?AKA Where are the aliens.”
The efforts this channel puts into breaking down complex astronomical theories and phenomena is simply great. I really love the narrations, videos and all. Thank you very much. Keep up with the good work
Probably the best video on this subject...the illustration of Andromeda colliding with the milky-way was awesome...i always wondered what that would look like.
Thanks for the comments Cistaz. Our night sky would look incredible if we were colliding with another galaxy. I'm sure it would change our entire worldview.
Great video, a thought provoking and enlightening commentary. As a modern Pagan I'm struck by the parallels invoked herein with my spirituality; that as a human being I am part of something very much bigger than myself, ultimately created by it on a biological, chemical and physical level as well as sustained by it throughout my life. A life interconnected with every other form of life I know and those I don't know. And when that life is through I will STILL be here, in another chemical and physical form.
The ancient pagans tossed paganism overboard for Jesus Christ because they realized He was the fulfillment of their beliefs. Why are modern pagans going backwards?
What leads you to suppose *Either* that you are "a modern Pagan" or*Or*"part of something very much bigger than yourself? What is tyour evidential basis for either supposition or fantasy?
Wow! This is by far the best set of thoughts and ideas about the topic I’ve ever watched. I’ve also been thinking about the physical limitations and our extremely limited understanding of life and physics to have any contact with other civilizations. It’s also very likely that there has been multiple rises and falls of civilization on earth, we are humans and most likely to destroy ourselves before progressing enough to even understand the inter workings of the universe. It’s also amazing how micro and macro worlds are similar, our universe might just be a cell of an organism and we are juts microbes that think they are intelligent, not knowing what true intelligence is.. We are made out of elements as old as the universe and are truly eternal in a sense. I just hope that our consciousness/soul is also preserved after our physical death, and continue its existence in a different dimension. Thank you for the hard work you put into this great video! Your videos are true masterpieces 👍🏻
Thanks! and thanks for the lengthy comment. To me, we need to grow our limited understanding of what life is and what intelligence is. I think the whole galaxy and universe has some type of intelligence that we just can't understand from our tiny perspective... As far as the soul/consciousness.. I believe our conscious awareness carries on after death. As you said, we are eternal. Thanks for your comment. Also, I clipped the other video you commented on.. might take awhile to process, but you're right - that should be removed.
You perfectly worded what I've always thought. Thinking about what would everything look like if you kept zooming out evokes such a unique feeling that nothing else can bring out. Are we just a cancer cell to some organism? Does our consciousness continue in another form of energy? Is time infinite if you move faster than light? It's all so fascinating. I wish even if it was just visually, that we could see anywhere in the universe. It would be so amazing if you could get close ups of what any planet would really look like if you were standing there.

I have watched so many videos here on UA-cam about the universe and the aliens but I have never seen someone explaining things this way ,I think the guy understands the universe better than most of us here
When you use the words " the universe" what exactly do you seek to convey by using those words? Apert frok imaginary, what is " the universe"? You have no idea? That you will demonstrate, if only by default. For you the words " the universe" are merely empty words are they not?
@jiboo6850 I'm pretty sure it was Cool Worlds that had a video about traveling in a craft at light speed and the loneliness of it. Kipping can keep my attention.
It is outstanding how he manages to explain things that other Scientific communicators asume we will mange to interpret (like the size of the universe), open spaces for reflection and philosophy but maintain a strict scientific frame in the video.
Thank you for the thoughtful comment and thanks for watching! You're right - my aim was to keep it factual while throwing in some room for imagination and philosophy. Our scientific worldview demands I do this... otherwise it would be completely dismissed as nonsense/fantasy! :D
Bro you put my feelings into words and better yet a whole documentary. Your views are spot on with mine and I thank you for putting together this amazing documentary. Brilliant presentation ☄️
Right? Well said. Its like we just happen to be a part of this little tiny blip of time. Its just a second really...I feel like this system is created by something. Not like a bearded man in the sky, but more like we are a tiny part of something way bigger. Maybe in a fish tank on some other "things" desk.

This was absolutely brilliant. Superbly articulated. Much of this I've posted before myself, and the rest is new, fascinating and totally plausible. Excellent analogies, comparisons and descriptions with possibilities that are clear.
What an incredible experience the past hour has been watching this video! It is feeding my mind in spectacular ways! Ways I can immediately understand as well those spatial concepts about our Cosmos which are breathtaking. The immensity of which is an absolute thrill to imagine. Thank you for everything you said. The impact of it continues to astonish me. I have subscribed and look forward to your other videos. Stardust does flow in our veins.
Stellar - yes! And your meaning(s), as related here is sublime. Intelligence arises from memory, i.e. patterns in a dynamic sense - carried forward perhaps even multiplying.
We could be the only civilization in the Milky Way (kind of what I’m inclined to believe), and that may be the case with every galaxy, and there’d still be ~2 trillion civilizations in the obs. universe. Space is nuckin futs. I have been a space junky for a long time, and I still wonder “what the hell are we a part of?” Given the fractal nature of everything we discover, quarks to galaxy clusters, I imagine it’s something way weirder than we’ll ever be able to dream up.
We most likely are not alone, despite how rare. The big problem is the universe in term of time (billon of years old) and space (unimaginable vastness) is too distant for any two intelligent worlds to meet in meaningful ways or even communicate. I much rather those scientists put more effort solving problems on earth. Given the state we are in, I doubt we last long enough to hang out with any alien species.
There could "have" been thousands of technological civilizations in the milky way, but time and distance could make it seem we're alone and we may indeed be effectively alone. And most likely extremely rare.
I just don’t know how anyone could believe we are the only civilisation in the galaxy? We have studied less than 0.000001% of the stars in the Milky Way. It’s a little like scooping a small cup from the ocean, noticing there are no fish in the cup then saying I don’t believe the ocean has fish.
@@livingart2576the problem with that analogy is that acts as if all of space is habitable. It's not. A lot of space is hostile and chaotic and the fact we've made it this far without some cosmic "fuck you" is absolutely absurd to think about. We've gone from using stones and sticks to having tiny computers in most people's pockets, in which there is limitless information at their disposal at the press of a button. We've watched other habitable planets be completely irradiated by their star, be victim to cosmic collisions, be too close to supernova, be crushed black holes, etc. and in the blink of an eye those planets are gone. It's not too far to believe we're the only civilization in the Milky Way.

Thank you for the show ! Sincerely G Inventor, Poet, Writer !!!
I never stop thinking about space and the universe, it absolutely fascinates me, I don’t know how some people don’t ever even think about it. To know that we’re living on a rock that’s hurling through space at 67,000 mph, part of a solar system that’s moving at 490,000 mph, and a galaxy that’s moving at 1.3 million mph, how can you not be in awe of that, absolutely unbelievable. What’s even crazier is that the Milky Way Galaxy is just one of 100-200 billion other galaxies, simply insane.
Such a great video. Your ideas at your conclusion on what the universe and life as we know it actually is are fascinating to hear. It is something that I also believe, we are all part of the same universe and all connected by something we will never understand. I would really like to see your next video and hear your thoughts on what you think may be possible. Again, such great content, thank you.
Thanks Ben! Glad you made it to the end. It’s quite long! You must have a great attention span :D Thanks for the comment. I agree that we will never quite understand this thing that we are in. Like cells in a body never understand what they are a part of. But when we do find out (I believe there is more after this human form life), it will blow our mind/consciousness. We are all one and all eternal and that’s just beyond our limited selves at the moment. See you next time Ben!
You are about the demonstrate that you have*absolutely_no* idea what " the universe is, nor what you are" calling" the universe" Fermi's paradox is Not repeat Not a paradox, as anyone not entirely innocent of wits and learning will tell you. R
In the Mangala sutta the Buddhist monks reported that the Blessed One was visited by a "shining Being" who just appeared in the assembly. Imagine a class of beings that don't need a ship or vehicle of any sort. They can move to any destination simply by will alone. The greatness of this mysterious universe is mind boggling. Thank you for a great show. Best wishes !
Hot take: Fermi's Paradox was already shattered by something that both came before us and is directly responsible for us. It's here, now. We're on a ride. Thanks for the ride guys! ICU 😉 I have some recommendations if you want to chat. ❤
The so-called " fermi paradox" is no kind of "paradox" as any one not entirely innocent of any kind of wits and learning will tell you. Only the kinderlander (Americans) and other credulous imbecile children suppose there to be any " aliens" other than ordinary run-of-the-mill everyday strangers or foreigners or those interned under the Aliens Act1941. Alien simply means strange or foreign
Wow! I I am at a loss of words right now. I would be too simplistic to say this video is mind blowing. I can relate to how you compare the living cells in our living body as to our bodies to a living universe. I think the same.
Wow, you made it to the end? lol. I don't think many will.. it's way too long.. but, it's a video I've wanted to make for ages.. Thanks Ray. It doesn't seem obvious in our everyday life, but when you see the world from a larger perspective, it seems like we are a part of something bigger than we realize.. right? At least that's true for me.
@@wisdom-for-lifeI would gladly have watched another couple of hours, opened my eyes to the different theories about the universe and our tiny little part of it.
I think the fact we still can't replicate life from the basic building blocks is a clue to the great filter. I think the jump from elements to the first cell is the filter.
Sometimes i weep when i realiize humans are capable of doing so much and i won't be able to see our advances first hand. But I'll be proud of every intellectual advancement we will make. I believe we'll cure ourselves of our problems and come together in harmony and start exploring currently unimaginable concepts. There is a large chance we'll destroy ourselves but i believe we will prevail against that odd and rise to great heights.

Remarkable program. wowwww. Liked it a lot. Congratulations to you. Loved it and will look into it several times. Very nice explanation about the entire Universe. Thank you.
This is like if an ant in my backyard, that never left my backyard, looked out and just assumed his was the only ant hill on the planet. And there are no other ants, no other types of ants, no other forms of life at all, ANYWHERE. Its ridiculous. And equally ridiculous for humans to assume we are the only life in the universe. This isnt even up for debate.
What a cool theory! A couple years ago back in high-school I had a similar thought. Although it started as a joke first, I questioned if a cell is alive and small to us, couldn’t our universe just be alive and a “cell” to a larger alive being. So couldn’t put universe just be a cell to a large squirrel? Hence I dubbed it squirrel matter. The more I thought about it the more it seemed possible to me. But thanks for the video it is incredibly eye opening.
@@SkipSpotter thanks I really appreciate that. I would need to touch up on my knowledge about physics and the universe before I would feel confident about posting the theory anywhere. But I will try and develop it and put it onto paper. Thanks
The thing that boggles my mind is as a species we haven't encountered any intelligent life from space but we are most definitely going to create AI far more intelligent than ourselves in the next 20 years. We are giving birth to a higher intelligence...let that sink in. Now what are the odds that something achieved a level of intelligence as high as ours and didn't do the same. Shouldn't AI figure out space travel fairly quick once it is conscious or did AI snuff out any civilization that had the resources to achieve it.
We are just the universe observing itself. If one thinks of all the different ways this phenomenon could be manifested, it can easily be realized that our current search for extraterrestrial life is far too narrow in scope.
allow me to paint a more broad point of view. An intellect would think the ladder, the universe has too many probability’s to limit possibilities, with that being said the saying “nothing” is impossible, is far from an exaggeration, it is far unlikely that we are even the only HUMANS in the universe.
@@trismethod Any intelligent life in the universe would easily classify humans as untrustworthy and dangerous due to our long ongoing history of violence, theft, lies, greed, planetary destruction and warmongering. This means the best case scenario is any intelligent life in the universe would limit and control our expansion in the universe out of their own self-preservation and that's the best case scenario. Very well presented in an intelligent way. I was captured by it . With all the energy that lives “out there” how is it that lots of people don’t believe in a higher being? ?? Good advice at the end. Too much greed out there. But as far as them all killing each other… I disagree. They are, in my opinion, beyond the physical limits as we know them.
@wisdom-for-life based on no evidence which is fine, but saying god exist is at the same plausible lvl and saying intelligence destructed itself is more plausible without having to believe in something.

Also I started to have the same idea (after I ate a little bit more edibles) that the earth, sun, planets, galaxies can have some kinds of consequences. Same like bacteria lives on our body, they don’t know that they live on a living creature. Same as us. The earth isn’t moving like bio organisms. The doesn’t communicate like we do. What is consciousness? A group of atoms merged together for a short period of time. Why the planet or galaxy, or clusters of galaxies are different. They have more atoms, more energy Nevermind guys, going to sleep 😂

Great job! I did not see you mention the dark forest hypothesis. I admit it is a bit dark and disturbing, but it is another possibility that we should at least consider. Then "there is a theory which states that if ever anyone discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced by something even more bizarre and inexplicable. There is another theory which states that this has already happened." So that is another possibility, once you reach a certain level of perception and understanding, poof! :)
That could be possible. I believe that we are ai computer programs inside a super program that can and does evolve constantly and possibly resets itself when knowledge reaches a tipping point. A digital snow globe that the program's programming finds necessary to shake periodically.
It's not a paradox. It's an unsolved problem. There are may reasons we may not detect life. 1. Life is rarer than we thought. 2. Intelligent life is rarer than we thought, 3. It's too far away. 4. They are avoiding us. 5. They use different technologies than us.
Agree! Those are some of the potential solutions that are in this video. I do like the great filter idea which covers two of your solutions (1 & 2). Thanks for your thoughts.
check video of gigapixel of andromeda , do you see any signs of life there ? - no you don't. Now put yourself from aliens perspective in Andromeda galaxy that would look at gigapixel of Milky Way, would they see life here on Earth ? - no, but it is there and thriving. I think that is the answer to fermi paradox, if we can't see the aliens(yet) that doesn't mean they are not there. Probing 0.000001% of planets and saying oh there's nobody there is unbelievably dumb, especially for scientists who are working on this subject and have very rough measurement of only few planets atmospheres, and saying ah we are alone because we are in simulation xD
I think that other forms of intelligent life--if they ARE separate from us--have no interest or need to communicate with a lifeform as primitive as us and may just be observing us to see how we are doing.
Aliens that have mastered interstellar travel would be so far advanced compared to humans that we would be like ants or amoeba to them. I’m sure that it would be terrifying and people like Stephen Hawking have warned against attempting to contact them.

@@TonyEnglandUK I am sorry. I could easily explain it to you in German, but then you wouldn't understand anything.

Regarding the video, in the same way of this truth - our limited knowledge thinks that there was a big bang. It’s hard for us to believe in infinity. We are always thinking of a beginning and an end. We are also bound by gravity and direction.

We will see as far as we look, because it is a simulation.. that is how they work. That doesn’t mean more beings are there
The duration of human life is like a moment in astronomical stadards. What can you know in a moment?
"There has to be a truly mind-boggling amount of other life forms out there"
Pray we humans are the only intelligent life in the universe because if there's more intelligent lifeforms in the universe then the best case scenario for humans is where our expansion in the universe is limited and controlled by those more intelligent lifeforms out of self-preservation.

Of course you have no idea; why might you?
I have long believed that time zones and physical distances of stars and planets from earth will one day be accessable to us in ways we currently do not understand, but will understand at some point in the future.

I hear what you're saying but highly doubt we're the only civilization in our ginormous galaxy, to much space just for us don't ya think?

Most recent figure is 1 trillion galaxies!
You must have a great attention span :D
Thanks for the comment.

"Two possibilities exist: either we are alone in the universe, or we are not. Both are equally terrifying."
Nothing terrifying about that…
I find the fact that we are alone implausible given the sheer size of the universe.
AMEN 🙏
@@Nocturne83my thoughts exactly
What terrifying is that we are no closer to trying to preserve world peace and care of our planet.
ngl it's the best video of fermi paradox I've ever seen. I like how you questioning the reality man.
Plz make more videos about the space.
It's so insane how small we are
Also I started to have the same idea (after I ate a little bit more edibles) that the earth, sun, planets, galaxies can have some kinds of consequences.
They have more atoms, more energy
Nevermind guys, going to sleep 😂

That was a truly incredible video! It really changes my view on everything. Amazing job!
There is another theory which states that this has already happened."
So that is another possibility, once you reach a certain level of perception and understanding, poof! :)
That could be possible. I believe that we are ai computer programs inside a super program that can and does evolve constantly and possibly resets itself when knowledge reaches a tipping point. A digital snow globe that the program's programming finds necessary to shake periodically.
Dark Forest theory makes sense to me
I felt this. Hard. Very real, very well done. ThankYou
You are insane.
I think that other forms of intelligent life--if they ARE separate from us--have no interest or need to communicate with a lifeform as primitive as us and may just be observing us to see how we are doing.
we are primitive and we are not primitive we have advance civilization here as well as primitive
One of the best Space Documentary video ❤❤❤❤❤❤
If there would be a cloaked alien in my room. That would not freak me out. I would be happy not being alone.
Me Also 💕
It would freak you out don't lie. You would be freaked out of a random homeless guy was in your room lol
Aliens that have mastered interstellar travel would be so far advanced compared to humans that we would be like ants or amoeba to them. I’m sure that it would be terrifying and people like Stephen Hawking have warned against attempting to contact them.
Even Or Not We Send Messages , Civilization In That Level Find Us Anyway , Because We Products Energy! Plus They Will Be Invisible ..... The Question Is If They Want To Spend Time With Us ! ! ! !
Hello. Update: K2-18b has life.
My uncle who was a pilot for Delta very smart man once told me you're starting to gain wisdom when you realize that you know nothing at all
We really don’t know anything but that is very hard for people to admit. Your uncle was a smart man! Edit: wise man
"The first step to true knowledge is to admit you know nothing." --Socrates (So-crates i.e. B&T)
You are confusing wits wisdom and intelligence; as we say in Persia who is clever(or the vile kinderlander term 'smart') is stupid. The reason of knowing is distinct from the reason of understanding, wich are the product of and subject to distinct laws.

Extraterrestrials have evolved past violence, but I’m certain they can defend themselves if need be.
Ambiguity and abstraction. ET. Possible information about entities have been given already. Is nasa information or the cosmology we have been program to accept the correct one . What is light?
I disagree, I hope one day we do finally get the answers, but I believe they are violent just like humans, I also believe they will have their own religions
unrolled(evolved) un what sense?
"We don't know what we don't know". That says it all. Very interesting hypothetical questions which really make me think hard on reality.
We could be like ants trying to understand how a jet engine works and may not possess the intelligence to ever understand the vast majority of happenings in the universe.
But we are able to build machines, so the situation is completely different.
@@1q2w3e4r5t6zism I don't think even you know what you're trying to say.
@@TonyEnglandUK I am sorry. I could easily explain it to you in German, but then you wouldn't understand anything. I try it therefore again briefly - explicitly for you - in English: By the construction of machines the human being can augment his sensorium (telescopes etc.) and - as one sees now - also his cognition (AI); in this respect we are in a completely different position than ants.
@@1q2w3e4r5t6zism I don't think you're understanding what my original comment means. Obviously I'm not comparing human intelligence to that of an ant. I'm saying _"Imagine an ant attempting to figure out how a jet engine works, it simply doesn't possess the capability to complete the task."_

Very interesting and well done. Thanks.
Simple - those with enough intelligence and/or technology to make contact with us know more than enough to keep quiet and/or keep well out of our sight. Very sensible.
Excellent! With all that is happening in society, the knowledge of the universe reminds the mind that creation is a reminder of the connection to purpose by the force that made it. A war of appreciation serves to offset the rising of the next day. God is the ultimate artist.
New subscriber and the bell has been wrung. The production values on this video were spectacular. Keep 'em coming.
"Wrung"(sic)?
Try rung wrist yes write wringer yes, but wrope wrung and wrascal no, not that it matters, You ring and have rung bells and wring and have wrung out clothes, ring make bell-like sound wring - extract water from not the same as wring bell, bot that it matters in the least, unless the niceties of english are crucial
you can ring a bell but not 'W'ring a bell. I guess the W is used in extract water wring to distinguish it from make sound ring, so rung not 'W'rung. i'll wring his neck or wring the neck of a chicken, but not wring a bell. Funny old lingo english and you'll get the hang of it one day but don't ape the kinderlander(Americans) that cannot speak read nor write English to save their lives. Well might you ask why wrong and not rong?
Great artwork and interesting input. But the lack of consideration of a prime mover makes the presentation even more speculative.
Outstanding lecture!!! Thank you!
The God I serve built all this. Soooo happy for this!!
Video appreciated. My recommendation is for people to get busy making their beds, paying their bills, cleaning their houses, caring for their loved ones, and doing some public service. The only way to gain understanding is by putting in the work and doing your best. All the advances seem to be done by the people who are willing to burn the midnight oil and have a dogged persistence. Knowledge is good but you don't get it by quantum mechanics.
Bossy little chap, aren't you titch?
