Absolutely! I love how fragile Ray's voice sounds! So much passion... so fitting for this song!

That's a great word to describe it. I love it too. It's barely resembles his voice from the first few albums, but all metal singers end up with a different voice the second half of their careers.
Few are as lucky as Ray though. His second voice is in no way a downgrade or a consolation prize. It's has a different charisma to it, but I like it just as much as his singing on an album like Perfect Symmetry.
