Lovely interior

Bellissima 😍
Bella macchina!
Awesome car, with an awesome engine! 👍
Beautiful car🥵
Alfa Romeo 😀😍
Freaking hell, I'm always going to be jealous of Brera owners...
Because of the high registration fee here in Serbia (Which is around 600€), I can only dream of owning one and it's my absolute dream car.
Got the next best thing to me, which is a 09 Mito 1.4 Turbo and am in love with it. In my ownership for nearly a year now.
Mito's registration is half of that of a Brera.
Technically, I could've bought one but uncertainties of being able to have a the plate renewed every year is just currently unreachable for me.
Sure, there are lower trims that cost to register as much as my car, but they are either, A: Nowhere to be found, or B: The ones that do appear cost nearly double here.
Hello to Serbia! I didn’t know that before, that sounds terrible…. Well hopefully you’ll get one in the future!?
I’m the mean time enjoy the video …
Well if it Helps: I already sold my brera…I’d was a hard choice to make but instead of that I got the Maserati ;)
hoces moju 2.2? vozi je na ZG regama 😆😆

Good car and crazy driver 😀
why crazy driver? He didnt do anything irrational, just some speeding ;P
Prettiest car in the world!
I've got the 2.2...& your engine note makes me a little sad...(!) Sounds fabulous...
Get a cold air intake on your 2.2 JTS and it will sound a million times better than any 1.75 TBI :D
@@nvl2691 Can you recommend a specific brand or type? I have a Brera 2.2 JTS as well but you can hardly hear the engine which makes it a comfortable ride for sure but not really sporty ...

So that’s the Autobahn ?
What a let down !
Looks like the Palisades Interstate Parkway .
(NJ -NY 😂)
He actually didn't started good. The third gear has to go much longer to 120km. he changed into fifth gear at 120. I need 10 to 15in sec from 100 to 200 or like 25 sec from 0 to 200. Keep in mind road in Serbia and Germany are not the same ;)
Hey there. Let me clear this: I started with 2nd gear. 3rd gear at 90. 4th gear at 130 . changed into 5th gear at about 170 :)
B.R.M good watch
Where is part 2?
Hello brother first of all big peace from Macedonia🇲🇰
I have one question?
How much seconds it would take to go from zero to 100km/h?
Hi ! Sorry I never measured that. But I think it would be around 6,5 seconds
@@serpentcrown thats fast man for heavy car!
Lovely car! Does anyone know if the Brera has the same habdling as the 159? Or is it even better?
slightly worse cornering, shorter rear makes for trickier weight transfer, at least from what I've experienced, it's not an abismal difference from one to the other, but a bit noticeable
The Brera is much better to handle, the 159 is heavier and longer. For me the Brera ti with standard eibach springs is like a gocart on the streets
@@marcelitoh1000 probably the 3.2 or the 2.4 here we are talking about the tbi much much lighter. Don’t spread bullshits if you don’t know what you are talking about
The 159 chassis is sightly longer & has better handling. But bear in mind these cars are old now so any of them will need full new suspension bushes etc.
@@serpentcrown I totally agree. Mind you in my experience the brera 1750 TI (so with the better suspension) is first of all day and night difference with the older bera's before the upgrade in 2008. I own a 1750 ti 2010 and a alfa romeo 159 2010 1.9 JTD. The brera has a better and tighter handling. I also did a testdrive in a 2006 or 2007 brera 2.2 jts and the handling compared to my alfa rome 159 was significantly worse so i walked away from that one.
do you have any problem with the turbo? It looks liek it doesnt max out the 1.6bar of pressure
Hello, mmm sometimes I don’t have the full pressure
@@serpentcrown u have what i already had... a leak in the turbo system or issues in the maf sensor...maybe something like that
@@filipeguimaraes6162 Where was your leak exactly?
@@NXTFALL it can be anyone in the system...mine was the tubes that goes to the turbo was broke, when the the pressure gets high, the hole in that tube gets wider and the turbo is unable to get the full 1.6 bars.
P.S. I am no mechanic, but i just asked to the one that fixed the issue
1750 tbi seems much faster than 3.2 V6 Q4....
Yes, I think so, too
I had 2.4jtdm 147kW with automatic gearbox, now i bought for fun this 1.75tbi in manual transmission and i have to say this car with this engine is one level infront of every 159 models. I never drove 3.2 before, but man this tbi is crazy…
why is max turbo pressure at 1.4 ? mine when i accelerate is full turbo pressure (stage 1)
1.4 bar at 5+k rpm seems low to you? :)
1.4 bar is very very high ...
@@asssiesgaming453 mine goes to 1.6 bar. Stage 1
@@Widow111 No way it's putting out 1.6 bar @ 5k and above.
@@achon1771 Under 5k. It is normal?
What do you think about the 159 3.2 JTS ? Honest opinion.
Nice car, I was owner of a 159 3.2 JTS
@@serpentcrown Anything I should know before buying one?
@@nvl2691 I would always buy a ti Modell, because it’s something special. And some people say the motor chain can cause some problems. I never had problem with the chain till I sold mine (110.000 km). You should ask the owner, if there were any problem or if the chain is still the first. If you change this chain it could cost you about 1500- 2000 dollars, depends where and who. But in my opinion this chain could last a lifetime if you keep oil change Intervalls, always keep the engine speed under 3.000 for the first 10 minutes when engine is cold. So I had the 159 3.2 and the Brera 3.2 both engines with no problems. But as I say, try to get the special ti edition, these Modells keep their value.
@@serpentcrown Thank you for this advice! Much appreciated.
@@nvl2691 The 159 3.2 is actually a version of the General Motors HFV6 (High Feature V6). This motor is well known in Australia being built here for both local and international markets, and fitted to the local Holden Commodore. While I believe the Alfa version has slightly different heads and manifold, and a different swept capacity, all of the HFV6's were known to suffer timing chain stretch that on high mileage versions moves the cam timing far enough out of factory settings such that the ECU will start to throw errors. ishop.cooldrive.com.au/tech-tips/engine-management/holden-hfv6-timing-chain-stretch
What's your engine set up? BHP / NM?
about 255 hp and 400 nm
@@serpentcrown all on the standard turbo?
@@richardw1992 it´s the standard turbo but with ball-bearings, not with roller-bearings anymore.

Better than the 159 3.2
Spero ci sia il finestrino aperto perché il rumore è insopportabile
Purtroppo no, sono fate così, hanno dei fruscii sopra i 150km/h
In the 4c the engine is a blast in the obese Brera its a mwahhh. But the alternatives where all GM infested. Sad.
GM infested might be the most accurate depiction of what was going on in Alfa Romeo in the mid 2000s
Le V6 Jts est très agréable. Je roule en Q2, V6 Jts de 2010, et ça marche plutôt bien !
Ridicule de toujours parler de Gm
LoL because of GM it's one of the safest cars out there... that adds weight. The 3.2 hfv6 is one Alfa Fucked up themselves 🤣. But the exterior is gorgeous.
@@asssiesgaming453 lol, i think you know very little about italian engines, these gm engines is a scar on this generation cars
@@deniszhuravlev9772 Why is that? Every engine in that car is GM apart from the 1750 tbi and the VM motori diesels. I know that. But the hfv6 is a great engine. Alfa turned it in a slow, bad sounding and heavy v6...
