Oh yes my brother we also put them in beans as well....red beans, black eye peas or even lentils....they can really flavor a pot lol 😆. Over the hot coals they go that char is a must ...you know that brings the ultimate flavor. Hope you find those Salted Pigtails....just keep in mind even though you pressure cook them no salt needed when seasoning...the only other thing I used that had a bit of salt was the green seasoning. Yeah them Salted Pigtails are flavor bombs indeed but I don't make them regularly because the salt content is still kind a high after pre cooking them it just treat occasionally 😉. My grandmother use to boil until tender then add them to any kind of stew beans and let me tell you if you didn't like beans those one beans you'd definitely enjoy. Thanks for popping in my brother. My friend this was a poor man's food back in the day one Pigtail could flavor a wholepot...but unfortunately nowadays the high end restaurants start added them to the menu so you know the out of that lol 😆 the once normal Pigtail became a Pigtail with a degree lol 😆.
