Meh I don't enjoy this. I'm a drummer... there's no need for faces and flying arms.... I feel it's unnecesary. Besides, many times, she's more focused on the faces and the acting, making the playing sound awful

Drummers like you seem to save the venom of "flying arms" for female drummers. Many like you said the same thing about Cindy Blackman when she was drumming with Lenny Kravitz. Bottom-line, you are just envious that a 26 y/o Japanese female drummer can out drum you in any style of music all day and every day. She is an amazing drummer, and millions of people recognize, appreciate and respect her talent. You might have skill to play but what's point if you don't enjoy it. A bit like El, you can see he can play but he clearly doesn't enjoy it. Btw, Junna uses 3 overheads so that might be reason why her playing sounds worse than if each piece of kit had its own mic.
