Hello Sir, I am trying to buy Plot in non dc layout in Bettadasanapura. It has no kahta. Thing is there is a case on each other by previous old owners. However, Broker is saying both will come during registration and keep the signs hence there will be no risk involved. Can you pls says is he correct ? And is it ok to go ahead ? If legal passes ?

I see risk, pl meet and check with nearby lawyer once and decide. If a residential layout, DC conversion is must.
