Real Estate Investing can be a lucrative way to build wealth over time. It's a tangible asset class that involves the purchase, ownership, management, rental, or sale of real estate properties to generate income for profit. This beginner's guide to real estate investing video is perfect for those who want to learn how to invest in real estate.
We’ll be talking about a lot of things: First, we’ll define WHAT Real Estate Investing is, then we’ll talk about one of the main reasons WHY people invest in Real Estate, then we’ll talk about HOW to invest in Real Estate, as well as questions to answer to help you prepare you in searching for a property!
Take note that this is only a quick overview video that barely scratches the surface of Real Estate Investing. I’m also still a beginner with minimal property investment experience. My goal for this video is just to share the super basic foundations of real estate investing so that we can learn & understand this topic together.

The market trend can turn around very quickly. In fact, the indexes often switch from a bear market to a bull market when the news is at its worst and the mood of investors is at its lowest point. I read an article of people that grossed profits up to $150k during this crash, what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist?

True, initially I wasn't quite impressed with my gains, opposed to my previous performances, I was doing so badly, figured I needed to diversify into better assets, I touched base with a portfolio-advisor and that same year, I pulled a net gain of 550k...that's like 7times more than I average on my own.

I realized that the secret to making a million is saving for a better investment. I always tell myself you don't need that new Maserati or that vacation just yet. That mindset helped me make more money investing. For example last year I invested 80k in stocks and made about $246k, but guess what? I put it all back and traded again and now I am rounding up close to a million..
Thanks for continuing updates I'd rather trade the stock market as it's more profitable. I make an average of $34,500 per week even though I barely trade myself.

do you have a podcast? have you ever thought of having one? i recommend you make one, because for example me who have no type of any subsricption in youtube can only watch it while my phone is on, while podcast you can listen to it wether my phone is on/off. i believe you can post any type of podcast, and finance is one of the important things we should know accessibly. So it can be a great idea and really helpful for people who are too busy to go to youtube and watch the full video, while in a podcast you can listen and do chores, work and important things while doing so. I love the topics that you discuss about and would like to hear more❤.

Hey Nicole, you seem good at this, Candid advise, would it be better to go into real estates or stocks. I have been confused about the better option and where and how to go about this. Can't seem to find the most appropriate and of utmost importance is also a less time-intensive option.
Why not both? With the present economy, you should never forget to diversify. Do not put all your eggs in one basket. As one who has been into Real Estate for as long as I can remember, I made my first million earlier this year from stocks alone (had to use the services of an Advisor though as I also have time constraints). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Hard to imagine that I had initially refused to try out new possibilities. Good luck.

You should start by looking out for those from known firms and good track records. You should also make sure the person is licensed. Personally, I use Marie, Kelly Matwick. She's good and you could also check her out.
