Good evening fellow surfer! As a matter of fact, there is a really great surf break right in front of Skorpios that gets really good with the NW swells! Then you have the main beach break within a 5min-10min walk, and then you have the port with heavy barrels about a 15min walk! See you in the lineup!
Yes this is on the side of the building and just a few m2 larger than the other units. We do still have a couple of the direct beachfront units available though! Enjoy your week Randy!

Hey Randy good evening! Yes it is that time of year, but it will be a sandy bottom around February as the currents and waves bring in more sand again. The year round sand is a few yards to the North. Of you look at some of our other pictures of neighboring projects you'll see some whereby we took pictures during the earlier part of the year and you'll see all the sand. Have a great week amigo!
