Wow, that's crazy to have all that space, complete with views, now construction, and right on the beach. What a value when compared with prices here in Florida! Beautiful unit with tons of potential. Sooner or later, Manta's going to run out of beachfront land for these buildings. When it does, all bets are off to have such privileged lifestyle.

Hey bud! So the HOA has not been confirmed yet but we estimate $1.50 per m2. Yearly property taxes will probably be less than $400 bucks for the whole year lol!
The island is actually able to be moved as there is full tile underneath. So if you would like to move the island out a little bit it is easy to do so:) Enjoy your weekend!
Right now we are finishing up our windy season as we get a little more onshore breeze this time of year. Typically it does not cause any weird noises and many people enjoy opening up their doors and windows to take advantage of the breeze. If a door or window is cracked and making some noise, then you can either close it or open it a bit more to allow for more airflow. The rainy season with less wind runs from December - April/May, and then we have the dry season with more onshore breezes. The good thing about the rainy season though is that it typically rains overnight and the day is nice and sunny. Manta enjoys over 300 sunny days per year and temps from lower 60's to upper 80's. Kitchen island needs to be pushed out away from rest of kitchen counters …. Too narrow
