    आपका शुरुवाती योगा 21दिन किया. बहुत अच्छा लगा. मेरे पैर मे जान ही नही थी. मै सुखासन में बैठ नही पाती थी पैरो में सुन्नापण था. थोडा फर्क आया है. उठणे बैठने में तकलीफ है special उसके लिए ek vedio बनाये. कौनसे आसन रोज करें

      Main diet nahi suggest kar paaongi.. satvik khane pe focus kariye. Contact a dietician for best resukt

    Man mujhe asthma ka bohut problm hai..
    ishliye main 5 pranayam ka practice karna chahati hu...
    kapalvati, anulom villom, bhastrika, ujjayi, bhramri pranayam me se pehele kon sa pranayam kare... Or ukse bad konsa pranayam kare...??
    Or pranayam ke pehle ki asaan korna joruti hai??

      There is no fixed order defined but its always better to start from active pranayama like bhastrika, kapalbhati then go to subtle ones like ujjayi, anulom vilom , bramhari 🙂🙂
      Aasan ka abhyas karna zaroori nahi hai magar hum agar yoga aasana ka abhyas pehle kare toh shareer thoda warm up ho jaata hai.. aalasya door ho jaata hai aur body pranayam k liye ready ho jaata hai 🙏🏻🙂

      Winter k liye active pranayama jaise bhastrika n kapalbhati bahut labhdayak hai.. shitali aur shitkari pranayama thand me avoid kare..
      Garmi ke liye shitali aur shitkari bahut labhdayak hai.. 🙏🏻🙂

    Ma'm, wrote you before . Am 76+. Practising kapalvati, vastrika nd anulom vilom two times a day . Morn nd eve . Now , how much time to relux in between two pranayams ? I practise 3×30 nd anu-vilom 20×3 . Pl. Advice right system .

      I would like to let you know that the rest in between should be absolutely based on your body requirement n comfort.. give a gap of 2 min or 3 min or even 5 minutes .. make sure you are not giving any stress to ur body .. hope it answers
      One golden rule : listen to your body.. enjoy pranayama to your speed and rest 🙂🙏🏻
