Keep the podcasts coming guys. These are like gold to anyone in pain. After dislocations in my left knee early in life its came back to bite me in the ass at 35. My knee feels like it buckles and aches after any impact based activity. I will fix this 👍🏻
The ATG program will help with that. I’ve had right knee problems since I was 14. Surgery on torn cartilage 10 years ago, two ankle surgeries on same side after badly healed double fracture from 19yrs ago. The tib raises with a single dumbbell is helping restore the range of motion in ankle. The Sled is the key, I’m running backwards for half my workout on it pulling 50kg. Pain gone and my knee feels strong. I’ve been doing the ATG program for only six months…..AND …. I’m 53! …. You got this….💪 take the first step and make it backwards pulling that sled! 👊
What are your thoughts on backwards sledding in the sand on the beach? Do you think this is too stressful on the feet/achilles? Or can it be done successfully if you regress and slowly build up weight?
Just listened to this while I did my mile of sledding. Thank you guys, all this stuff really resonates. I completed air alert when I was younger and although it gave me an increase of 12 inches on my vertical, I feel like it's the reason why I've had so many lower body injuries. Sledding thankfully is fixing that and the cardio is unreal. I get up to 170 bpm.... Never got that high with running :)
Sincere thanks to you brothers 🧡
This man (MR 1NF1N1TY) deserves a whole lot more subscribers! I found him thanks to Ben.

@@anthonydmorse appreciate the response massively dude. I've not been sleding but have been doing squats to full rom
Motivating me! Tomorrow is my 42nd birthday and what I asked for was a sled session.
Great wish! 💯📈
That’s a great explanation that the foot straps are actually reverse squats, as in, do the complement to a squat
Y’all are so damn motivational

Is there any value in a slow eccentric on Reverse Squat? I notice you guys lower it quite quickly 🤔
Hey, where can I listen to this as a podcast?
Doing a Basketball event in NC, any chance we can book you guys?
Hi guys how far do you drag sled daily???
