Seppo might be the best pure thrower playing right now. Having him explain his thought process and mechanics is invaluable to the future and growth of this sport.

You the man Seppo. I changed my grip on my mid ranges and putters and I can already tell a difference. I was doing power grip on everything before.

Thank you for showing that grip Seppo. I have been using this grip with my mid-range and my putter approach shots since watching the video and my lines and control have gotten much better.

Seppo kills. Disc golf, explaining, commentating, and just letting you know reasons why throwing certain ways. He needs to be covered more in every way.

I use the same grip, except my first knuckle is engaged with the rim. The middle finger extended gives so much more control and feel of the angle of the disc in your grip, allowing much more accurate hyzer angle and nose angle control.

Man, I now know what a back hand should be like now!
Place the disc on the line and also your forearm. Have upper arm 90* and just pull the disc and keep it on the line.
I like how Seppo does not straighten out fully his arm on the reach back. Yeah, you probably lose 6" of distance of travel and maybe some mph's(or Kmh) but man its a lot more accurate for me the way he starts his pull through already at 90* elbow. More compact also.
Thanks for breaking the RHBH down. I used to so be so erratic in my throws. Pull back and hope it stays in bounds. Never knew where it was heading.

That body angle makes sense. I was trying to throw anhyzer with lifting hand more higher and it was so uncomfortable to throw and it ended total catastrophe.

Nice to see, that Seppo uses the same grip I use for fan. I mostly putt with it and smoother apporoaches also. Mainly I still powergrip putters and mids for driving.

Hey seppo. Love your videos, keep them up!
But can you answer this question:
What is the best way to get more spin on the disc?
Is it a grip issue?, No one ever really touch this question, what i know owe.,
and i got a feeling if you manage to get alot of spin in your disc. you will get better control and doesn't have to throw it as hard to get the distance.
    Am i way off/wrong?
    /Tobias

I couldn't figure out why my anhyzer throws always faded at the end, even when I throw a very understable disc. I finally figured out that I had a bit of "nose up" attitude on the disc. I'm putting a little "nose down" attitude on my throws and things are working better. I still have a lot of work to do.

Yeah big hitter I throw a dank mid range me self. Your ever ponder the fact that you always have an edge on the rest cause you gots the Sisu unless your playing a fellow Finn of course. My home course is Lizzard Peak Sun Valley NV. It’s good you have a half edge on me csuse you would need an edge if you were to play me cause I smoke fools here every damn day You are number two in the world though as far as I’m concerned. A half Finn at number one and full Finn close second. Ok oh I’m already baked I thought I was gonna take a bong hit but I’m good. Ps. You look a little like me which is a good thing for ya homie. Here’s some of myFinnish Mina Rakastan senuwa Suomi Paska puoka Cause I’d come home with shit in my pants hellvite
