Seppo might be the best pure thrower playing right now. Having him explain his thought process and mechanics is invaluable to the future and growth of this sport.
I really enjoy these videos!!! I have been practicing your tips. You explain your technique better than most. I have found immediate ways to work on my game. Thank you Seppo!
Thank you for showing that grip Seppo. I have been using this grip with my mid-range and my putter approach shots since watching the video and my lines and control have gotten much better.
Seppo kills. Disc golf, explaining, commentating, and just letting you know reasons why throwing certain ways. He needs to be covered more in every way.
I use the same grip, except my first knuckle is engaged with the rim. The middle finger extended gives so much more control and feel of the angle of the disc in your grip, allowing much more accurate hyzer angle and nose angle control.
Man, I now know what a back hand should be like now! Place the disc on the line and also your forearm. Have upper arm 90* and just pull the disc and keep it on the line. I like how Seppo does not straighten out fully his arm on the reach back. Yeah, you probably lose 6" of distance of travel and maybe some mph's(or Kmh) but man its a lot more accurate for me the way he starts his pull through already at 90* elbow. More compact also. Thanks for breaking the RHBH down. I used to so be so erratic in my throws. Pull back and hope it stays in bounds. Never knew where it was heading.
That body angle makes sense. I was trying to throw anhyzer with lifting hand more higher and it was so uncomfortable to throw and it ended total catastrophe.
Nice to see, that Seppo uses the same grip I use for fan. I mostly putt with it and smoother apporoaches also. Mainly I still powergrip putters and mids for driving.
My first book report was on Finland. My favorite color is green I like to read and play with friends. I’m happiest when I play disc golf with Pepe y Osito. I like smoking reefer, Pepe y Osito don’t like reefer. I am 54 years old and Pepe y Osito are 7 Seppo Paju is my favorite player. I am really good st playing disc golf
Hey seppo. Love your videos, keep them up! But can you answer this question: What is the best way to get more spin on the disc? Is it a grip issue?, No one ever really touch this question, what i know owe., and i got a feeling if you manage to get alot of spin in your disc. you will get better control and doesn't have to throw it as hard to get the distance. Am i way off/wrong? /Tobias
I couldn't figure out why my anhyzer throws always faded at the end, even when I throw a very understable disc. I finally figured out that I had a bit of "nose up" attitude on the disc. I'm putting a little "nose down" attitude on my throws and things are working better. I still have a lot of work to do.
I’ve been trying to explain the angle of release and angle body aspect to my girlfriend for months but nothing I do helps clarify for her. I will show her this. Hopefully it helps!
Yeah big hitter I throw a dank mid range me self. Your ever ponder the fact that you always have an edge on the rest cause you gots the Sisu unless your playing a fellow Finn of course. My home course is Lizzard Peak Sun Valley NV. It’s good you have a half edge on me csuse you would need an edge if you were to play me cause I smoke fools here every damn day You are number two in the world though as far as I’m concerned. A half Finn at number one and full Finn close second. Ok oh I’m already baked I thought I was gonna take a bong hit but I’m good. Ps. You look a little like me which is a good thing for ya homie. Here’s some of myFinnish Mina Rakastan senuwa Suomi Paska puoka Cause I’d come home with shit in my pants hellvite
I really don’t need any tips cause I just play and play big and I’m half Finn motherfuckers. You ever see that video about the different stages a Finn goes through during like a vudka binge well I can relate I’m getting a little irritated 😠 I like memes there funny I like you. 😝 lol hehe
I think this is the best disc golf vlog right now. Thanks Seppo for this, super valuable content
Yes!
True. Nice video from a skilled player. Thanks Seppo
straight forward, simple, and easily applied. Thanks, Seppo!

Yeah he really might be.
I LOVED this! So good and so helpful. More like this please!!
I really enjoy these videos!!! I have been practicing your tips. You explain your technique better than most. I have found immediate ways to work on my game. Thank you Seppo!
One of the most informative pieces on technique in recent memory. Well done yet again Seppo! Thank you for sharing your experience.
Greatings from Sweden!
Love the personal touch of these vlogs. Looking forward for that midrange distance episode.
You the man Seppo. I changed my grip on my mid ranges and putters and I can already tell a difference. I was doing power grip on everything before.
Fantastic tips! Looking forward to a future video by Seppo on distance tips, Seppo has such amazing distance with accuracy in his drives.
I love how you teach to position your body in certain way or angle to control your throw.
Thank you for showing that grip Seppo. I have been using this grip with my mid-range and my putter approach shots since watching the video and my lines and control have gotten much better.
PastHisPrime that shot of his grip blew my mind, I knew I needed something different. Thanks!
Discovering this older video and love the details into your thought process and explanation of technique...THANKS

Thank you, love what you're giving us, blessings in your travels
Great tips. Simon said the same thing about angles in a post.
Thanks for this, Seppo! Looking forward to seeing you play throughout the year. I love it when you're on the card.
I’m loving your videos. They are very informative, well edited and professional. Keep up the great work!

Awesome Seppo! Thanks for the videos! 💪🏻
As good as always! Would really enjoy seeing a shot by shot video of that home course of yours. Just an idea :)
Great job Seppo.
Thanks Seppo! I really enjoyed your commentary at the California tourney as well. Keep up the good work!
Wow, I love the inside look at how the Pro's do it! Great vid!
Outstanding video. Love the tips!
I use the same grip, except my first knuckle is engaged with the rim. The middle finger extended gives so much more control and feel of the angle of the disc in your grip, allowing much more accurate hyzer angle and nose angle control.
Thanks Seppo! Your diagnostic approach makes it obvious to me that I've fallen into a bad rounding habit lately. Time to go practice.
Another great vlog Seppo.
Man, I now know what a back hand should be like now!

Great tips all around Seppo! My man!
Great video Seppo!
Very helpful and very much dig the music!
Great video Seppo!!!
That body angle makes sense. I was trying to throw anhyzer with lifting hand more higher and it was so uncomfortable to throw and it ended total catastrophe.
I have been at that course once and ended +5 score.
Kiitos!! Loistavaa! Thank you! That was brilliant!
Thanks for the tips! This was perfect!! I can't wait to try these suggestions out in the field.
mind blown! I've been using my wrist. definitely gonna win some tournaments now
Wow, that modified fan grip has me baffled. Putting looking good! Sure Finland missed you!
Nice to see, that Seppo uses the same grip I use for fan. I mostly putt with it and smoother apporoaches also. Mainly I still powergrip putters and mids for driving.
Hyvää settiä !
Awesome tips, Brother!
Seppo really enjoyed the video and the tips for throwing in the woods.
Off topic though curious as to where you get your music from for the video?
