Its rare ratio but not entirely unseen i think, generally guys who have strong triceps driven transition reach high mu with “weak” pu. If you look at Saibov , he has 80kg pu i think and maybe around 45kg mu (36kg slow no false grip and powerful reps results 20kg*14…)in past (he does not lift weights much now i think)

my weighted pull and dip are both at 115lbs x 5
I seen him comment on it saying that his lat insertions and forearms to upper arm length causes that, while when i spoke with Miguel street lifter he said that muscle ups only training has helped him increase his weighted pull ups several times even for competitions. Hes tested doing only muscle ups and 0 weigh pull ups and he improved very good at them still even at his level its possible, hes currently doing the test again for a 3/4 time he told me , whats your thoughts on it?
Miguel is a trustworthy source and I can believe that. That's very interesting he made progress on pulls even as he chins 105kg. I wonder what his program looks like.

Bro. Muscle-ups and Pull ups -
separately from each other.
Example: I training pull-ups 30 kg 3/3. Muscle - ups 1 rep +15kg. I don't muscle-ups bodyweight 10 reps, but +11kg muscle-ups 3 reps 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣.
