Thanks Tripp! I always wanted to know what they did with the shipping crate! Now I know. They recycle them. Keep up the good work! Fun to be part of the premiere. FYI - Kawasaki will be unveiling new 2021 models on Monday. I’m interested to see what new Vulcan S will look like.... I think I just gave you your next video idea! ;-) Have a great 4th!
Thanks Mark! They really don't have much choice regarding the steel crates. The bikes are put together and shipped from Thailand. The cost of shipping the crate pieces back to the factory would far outweigh any cost savings. I'm eagerly awaiting both the Vulcan S and Vulcan 900 2021 debuts!
Tripp On Two Wheels, Thanks for the additional info on the crates. I am can’t wait for the 2021 unveiling as well. I have already seen prices on new 2020 Vulcan S drop. I am taking my MSF BRC class starting on July 16th (classroom) then riding portion on the 18 & 19th! I will have endorsement on the 20!!!
Another awesome video Tripp, I've seen several bike's that come in the crate, it's a little bit of work but worth it, imagine how they would be scratched up and no telling what else if they weren't in a crate, good work brother 💯
I'm sure you could have one custom made but I've never seen a KVS with one and I don't think they are available aftermarket. Sorry I can't be of more help. -Tripp

I just realized... that Kawasaki Ninja 650 looks like an ant, with its antennae, if viewed from the front. I am thinking of getting a 2021 Ninja 650 (the red color is just great) or the 2011 Triumph Tiger 1050. Ninja 650 pretty much will work out of the box for me. The Tiger 1050 may need to be adjusted for the seat height but is cheaper, as it is a used motorcycle, compared the the brand spanking new Ninja 650 :p
If they can uncrate a Kawasaki ninja 650 inn10 minutes or less than why do most dealers over inflate their freight&set up charges there’s really no reason to charge a customer freight & set up and a destination charge that’s just adding more unnecessary cost to a motorcycle especially when you figure tax and title fees every state charges

im picking this bike up tomorrow, 2023 krt though. so excited
Congratulations! Ride safe brother.
I was gonna get this but I got the Honda CBR 650R. I love it! what did I miss out on?
Interesting, I guess I never thought about how the bikes arrive. Great video!
How they show up varies by manufacturer. Harleys show up and are just ridden off the truck. Triumphs for example, need a bit more assembly.
Tripp On Two Wheels Very cool, looking forward to the Triumph assembly video! 👀
I hope someday I can drive like this motorcycle ....
This guy can assemble this bike faster than I can get mine out of the garage. ._.
Very funny and very true!

I was surprised at how little assembly was required. Thanks Ozarks and Happy 4th of July!
@@trippontwowheels yeah there's not much assembly to them, Happy 4th to you and your family brother, ride safe 💯

This is what they charge $600-1000 for?
Only if you’re willing to stand for it!
