I can see you're getting somewhere. However, it helps a lot if you have a main line railway timetable handy. That way you hopefully won't get stuck somewhere, meaning having to wait a few hours for the train you want to take you further. I hope no other disruptions and cancellations are thrown at you unexpectedly. Then again, if that happens there's always Plan B: a ride behind a steamy on a heritage railway.
