  • From a pitch to the screen, AANHPI shows and films face an incredibly tough path in Hollywood. While diversity on screen has slightly improved over the years, BIPOC projects are sidelined as too niche and not “mainstream.” Prior to being named the new Chairman of Netflix Film, Producer Dan Lin launched an accelerator and movement to mentor and empower BIPOC creatives in film and television through his non-profit organization, Rideback Rise. Leaders from Rideback Rise and P&G will share their trailblazing mission to uplift the next generation of creative talent and advance racial equity by breaking through mainstream entertainment.
Moderator: Dan Lin, Chairman of Netflix Film; Founder and Board Chair, Rideback Rise
Lela J. Coffey, Vice President, Multicultural Business Acceleration, Procter and Gamble
Eric Lu, Writer, Producer, Rideback Rise Resident
    Diana Mogollón, CEO, Rideback Rise
Julia Prescott, Writer, Comedian, Rideback Rise Fellow
