It's only illegal if he conjures magic outside the wizarding world. It's why he got into a little bit of trouble at the beginning of Prisoner of Azkaban and again in Order of the Phoenix.
If I'm not mistaken, they can identify the region but not the actual wand so it could be anyone from the Weasley family that was adult at the time including Molly, Arthur and the twins.
0:20 harry, what a handsome man, there is something this young man does not do well, because he fell in love again with someone else and who would have imagined with ron's younger sister
When me, my dad, my sister, and her friend went to see this movie, it was on IMAX 3D. However, when we got to this scene, the screen told us to take our 3D glasses off. We were thinking it were thinking the reason why was because this scene wasn't going to be all 3D crazy or anything. However, the screen never told us to put our glasses back on. Harry had a family in the Weasley’s. The way they all reacted when they realized Harry was in the house. 😭 Harry is blessed.
