The directors took this out because the wanted to leave some characters story to be unknown after the second and third film, but it does appear canonically that malcom and the people he was with were killed offscreen.
Will we find out that noa distant direct descendants from Caesar in future sequels because he lookalike Caesar and does noa have Caesar birthmark and same eyes and maybe noa was adopted by eagle clan?
