Fun fact: Fiora, despite being a healer, is an insanely good dps. I don't know the exact details, I was always more focused on building other blades, but I do find it quite funny since she was one of the best damage dealers in XBC1.
She provides an Art to Morag that can consistently cancel into itself, called "Universal Flicker" or something along those lines, is why Fiora is insanely good DPS. Meanwhile, Crossette, who is also a Healer, is also insane DPS because she decided she'd rather spec all her skills to be an Attacker like her role model Pyra.

For Crossette, you need to pair her with either Driver Nia or Zeke, or if you _absolutely_ have to avoid Zeke because for some bizarre reason you hate him (or you need the reliable tanking of Morag, the reliable Damage of Rex, and the one-Nopon driver combo of Tora for a superboss), and want Blade Nia active, with Rex. Morag is _atrocious_ with Bitballs like Crossette. Nia is the best with them, Zeke at least has Stratospheric Dunk which can semi-reliably self-cancel, and Rex at least has okay animation speeds with his Bitball arts. Morag's bitball arts are slower than molasses on an Albertan Tuesday afternoon in January.

This also isn't gonna be thing in the DLC that'll bring a smile to your face. And it ain't the swimsuits.

In which case they were done by Kunihiko Tanaka. Who was an artist for both Xenogears, Xenosaga, and Xenoblade X. This would obviously be before they got their more updated models for DE.

Combine that with Glint granting between 5% and 15% extra critical chance (I forget if it's additive or multiplicative), the Focus Blade Art (Critical Up), the critical boost from high affinity, a Critical Up Aux Core (Massive Melee Mythra counts), and a good Core Chip, and Mythra will be criting on nearly every hit. For the rare times she doesn't, Double Spinning Edge has a second chance. Now you should be able to see why Rex is sometimes called a Beyblade. (Not to be confused with a Bae Blade.)
I'd say her design makes sense for her sidequest. She has exaggerated proportions to match her flashy mannerisms that focus on outer beauty, but by engaging with her beyond those surface-level traits, you get to see the more wholesome aspects of her character that value inner beauty too.
These videos are just reminding now much I love this game. Zeke truly is truly a top tier character every jrpg party needs. The battle dlc is such a fun time especially for the extra outfits 😉
Also challenge mode is actually really fun. If you like cameos, I recommend "This Year's Heropon" after you get Poppi's 3rd form and some gear for her. The other cameo battle is Otherworldly Fighter. And, if you're curious how Jin plays, one of the challenge mode has you play as him against the Ardanian soldiers.
The reason mythra’s arts recharge so fast is due to a passive ability in her affinity tree. Also Your probably gonna have the challenge mode unlocked in the next episode. And you can get shulk and fiora as blades by doing the 8th mission. They are pretty annoying to level but shulk gets his future sight and fiora is an amazing dps and healer.
Still can’t get over the glow up since it’s SO different from her other 2 forms including the voice And that scene was surprisingly wholesome even tho Dahlia has one of the boldest designs in the game 😅

Guess its time to inform you of some things. The reason why Mythra's arts were recharging so fast, is that one of Mythra's abilities allows her to recharge her arts whenever she lands a critical hit. This is why Massive Melee Mythra and Crit Heal builds are great on Mythra, since it allows her to heal Rex and do Art spam. Another thing is that the Shulk and Fiora DLC isn't canon, but it is referenced in Pyra/Mythra's reveal trailer for Smash. Shulk and Fiora, no surprise, are amazing blades, with Shulk being a great support and damage blade on Morag, with Fiora being the best, and I mean BEST, damage dealer in the game. However, you can't use them in Alrest outside of New Game Plus. That said, literally everyone has the biggest smiles when seeing Shulk and Rex meet. Now we just gotta wait for the *cough* best protagonist, *cough* to meet them later in a future DLC.
Spoilers for XC3! Yeah, Noah doesn't meet Shulk and Rex in Future Redeemed, but you can hear them talk to each other as heroes! I'm just adding a bit of mystery before he plays XC3.
You can actually use Shulk and Fiora in Alrest in NG, you just need to do a specific challenge in the Land of Challenge that unlocks in Postgame (after defeating the final boss, getting booted to main menu, and then opening the save again)

The mission to unlock them into Alrest unlocks after you defeat the final boss. That said, you don't really have much incentive to use them in Alrest, unless it's a New Game Plus playthrough.

The hand shake between shulk and rex hear is not canon but has alot of meaning also i recommend completing the 8th challenge as it will let you use shulk and fiora out side of the area you meet them but mind you their skill trees are ties to the challenges but to make up for that you can get some pretty powerful stuff also i highly recommend to get the devoted marigold aux that can only be gotten in the challenge area it's effect is one of the best in the game for all blades and is the easiest way to get the effect too
Yep there is Light speed flurry gives art and special recharge(from 20 to 100% depending on level from one to 5 of skill) if you crit with them and Mythra is a criting machine which means at that maxed if you crit on any hit on a Art it is back right away and if you crit on a special you get a full special bar back(so with a perfect button input you are at 1.5 special level so only need a few arts to get there) with Glint give a flat crit up chance of up to 15%(at level 5 of Glint) she is sure to have over that at base Crit rate before any other things (best use is you can spam her level 3) also critical healing is very very good on her
If you played XC1, then you'll realize there's nowhere in the timeline for Shulk and Fiora to have stumbled in here. It's purely for fun. Good luck getting the swimsuits, and all the other costumes. Challenge Mode is really fun. You won't be able to access everything all at once, so you have reasons to keep coming back if you enjoy it.
I know you hate Tiger Tiger. But the last lvl you unlock in it has rewards that are kinda worth the pain. Master Class Mods. They provide the best class boost you can get like Master Tank for Poppi alpha. Also tip. Take out as many enemies as you can on the way down so you don’t run into any on the way. Jellyfish can only be taken out from uptop, turtles need to be hit from below, and I’d avoid the bugs that lunge out from their little spots as they can be a pain to get. Also there are secret areas in every lvl for a chance to get lots more either crystals. It’s random if it will show up.
by the way, one of the fights in the challenge mode is against the main (non player) party character of Xenoblade Chronicles X, you get to listen to X's Tyrant (unique monster) theme, and the fight is ridiculously hard) Another one lets you play as Jin as he is when you're fighting him in Temperantia, it's so fun
Someone probably already explained it though the reason double spinning edge kept recharging due to pyra and myhtras crit ability stacking so basically raise it enough is a guarantee to spam arts
17:10 Double spinning edge by itself already has a short arts recharge. if you have a food active on rex that says "+x arts recharge per second" like the nacipear jelly it boosts it by alot for example if you have an art with recharge 2 and have food that gives you +2 you get your art back every second no matter what happens. I think double spinning edge in particular also has a bonus effect of reducing its recharge when it crits.
Mythra also has a skill that recharges a percentage of an art for every crit and as dse does 2 hits it can crit twice There is a reason they call rex a beyblade
@@Nelsito99 Especially [spoilers ahead behind the read more] come Future Redeemed when he gets an even *better* kit for making DSE crits recharge DSE. At *worst* once he's fully kitted for DSE recharge, you'll have a downtime of one non DSE hit between uses of DSE, on FR Rex, which will often be less than a half second. Whereas with XBC2 Rex, if you're supremely unlucky, you could have to wait both recharges or the full second from Narcipear, for your next DSE.
It's not the Art that has the recharge, it's one of Mythra's passives. When maxed out, it fully recharges the Art you used upon landing a crit with it. That's why Double Spinning Edge is such a good Art, since it has 2 chances to crit. This passive also works with Mythra's Specials. So when she gets a crit with any one of her Specials, she'll instantly be back at Level one. It can't go past that, but it's still pretty good.

Once again, curse you European timezones! *Ahem* Anyway, the sidequests in general around this point get really good; a lot of the blade quests are very worth doing, and have some amazing storylines. That said, you're now at the point where you have access to some of the strongest blades in the game. The land of challenge is a tough thing, it's really designed for you to beat in new game +. Heck, some of the fights are downright impossible without specific builds. If you can beat some specific ones, however, you'll be rewarded with the second strongest blade in the game! Just, uhhh, good luck maxing out their affinity. Anyway, as other people have explained, Mythra recharges arts on crits and has a stupid high crit rate. So have fun beyblading enemies for the rest of this game!
It's so wierd seeing how Shulk and Fiora looked in this Game Cuz The way They looked In the Definitive edition Of Xenoblade 1 looks 100% More better than they do Here. In my Opinion.

Guess its time to inform you of some things.
The reason why Mythra's arts were recharging so fast, is that one of Mythra's abilities allows her to recharge her arts whenever she lands a critical hit. This is why Massive Melee Mythra and Crit Heal builds are great on Mythra, since it allows her to heal Rex and do Art spam.
Another thing is that the Shulk and Fiora DLC isn't canon, but it is referenced in Pyra/Mythra's reveal trailer for Smash. Shulk and Fiora, no surprise, are amazing blades, with Shulk being a great support and damage blade on Morag, with Fiora being the best, and I mean BEST, damage dealer in the game. However, you can't use them in Alrest outside of New Game Plus. That said, literally everyone has the biggest smiles when seeing Shulk and Rex meet. Now we just gotta wait for the *cough* best protagonist, *cough* to meet them later in a future DLC.

Yeah, Noah doesn't meet Shulk and Rex in Future Redeemed, but you can hear them talk to each other as heroes! I'm just adding a bit of mystery before he plays XC3.
You can actually use Shulk and Fiora in Alrest in NG, you just need to do a specific challenge in the Land of Challenge that unlocks in Postgame (after defeating the final boss, getting booted to main menu, and then opening the save again)
@@PaulZeroSolis Well I did say you can use them in New Game Plus, but I realized I should have been more specific. You can only use them in Alrest post-game onward. The mission to unlock them into Alrest unlocks after you defeat the final boss. That said, you don't really have much incentive to use them in Alrest, unless it's a New Game Plus playthrough.

The hand shake between shulk and rex hear is not canon but has alot of meaning also i recommend completing the 8th challenge as it will let you use shulk and fiora out side of the area you meet them but mind you their skill trees are ties to the challenges but to make up for that you can get some pretty powerful stuff also i highly recommend to get the devoted marigold aux that can only be gotten in the challenge area it's effect is one of the best in the game for all blades and is the easiest way to get the effect too

Yep there is Light speed flurry gives art and special recharge(from 20 to 100% depending on level from one to 5 of skill) if you crit with them and Mythra is a criting machine which means at that maxed if you crit on any hit on a Art it is back right away and if you crit on a special you get a full special bar back(so with a perfect button input you are at 1.5 special level so only need a few arts to get there) with Glint give a flat crit up chance of up to 15%(at level 5 of Glint) she is sure to have over that at base Crit rate before any other things (best use is you can spam her level 3) also critical healing is very very good on her
If you played XC1, then you'll realize there's nowhere in the timeline for Shulk and Fiora to have stumbled in here. It's purely for fun. Good luck getting the swimsuits, and all the other costumes. Challenge Mode is really fun. You won't be able to access everything all at once, so you have reasons to keep coming back if you enjoy it.

This just in: Dei awakened Pterodactyl Mode.
I know you hate Tiger Tiger. But the last lvl you unlock in it has rewards that are kinda worth the pain. Master Class Mods. They provide the best class boost you can get like Master Tank for Poppi alpha. Also tip. Take out as many enemies as you can on the way down so you don’t run into any on the way. Jellyfish can only be taken out from uptop, turtles need to be hit from below, and I’d avoid the bugs that lunge out from their little spots as they can be a pain to get. Also there are secret areas in every lvl for a chance to get lots more either crystals. It’s random if it will show up.
Some of the side quest are so good 🥹
by the way, one of the fights in the challenge mode is against the main (non player) party character of Xenoblade Chronicles X, you get to listen to X's Tyrant (unique monster) theme, and the fight is ridiculously hard)
Another one lets you play as Jin as he is when you're fighting him in Temperantia, it's so fun

Someone probably already explained it though the reason double spinning edge kept recharging due to pyra and myhtras crit ability stacking so basically raise it enough is a guarantee to spam arts
17:10 Double spinning edge by itself already has a short arts recharge. if you have a food active on rex that says "+x arts recharge per second" like the nacipear jelly it boosts it by alot
for example if you have an art with recharge 2 and have food that gives you +2 you get your art back every second no matter what happens.
I think double spinning edge in particular also has a bonus effect of reducing its recharge when it crits.
Mythra also has a skill that recharges a percentage of an art for every crit and as dse does 2 hits it can crit twice

come Future Redeemed when he gets an even *better* kit for making DSE crits recharge DSE. At *worst* once he's fully kitted for DSE recharge, you'll have a downtime of one non DSE hit between uses of DSE, on FR Rex, which will often be less than a half second. Whereas with XBC2 Rex, if you're supremely unlucky, you could have to wait both recharges or the full second from Narcipear, for your next DSE.
It's not the Art that has the recharge, it's one of Mythra's passives. When maxed out, it fully recharges the Art you used upon landing a crit with it. That's why Double Spinning Edge is such a good Art, since it has 2 chances to crit. This passive also works with Mythra's Specials. So when she gets a crit with any one of her Specials, she'll instantly be back at Level one. It can't go past that, but it's still pretty good.
Funny thing, this point in the game is the first point in the game where you can get poppis final form

Anyway, the sidequests in general around this point get really good; a lot of the blade quests are very worth doing, and have some amazing storylines. That said, you're now at the point where you have access to some of the strongest blades in the game. The land of challenge is a tough thing, it's really designed for you to beat in new game +. Heck, some of the fights are downright impossible without specific builds. If you can beat some specific ones, however, you'll be rewarded with the second strongest blade in the game! Just, uhhh, good luck maxing out their affinity.
Anyway, as other people have explained, Mythra recharges arts on crits and has a stupid high crit rate. So have fun beyblading enemies for the rest of this game!
