Some advice for people grinding the nodes for exp:
I would highly recommend plugging in a controller and setting up the targeting macro on it so you save your wrists from this grind. Otherwise putting a soft object underneath will work too. Good luck!
can i ask, how do you bind the macro on controller?

I collected the workshop results from last week after logging in, and jumped about halfway to rank 17
How do you stop the lock-on from untargetting again if you're spamming 1-2-1-2 over and over? It untargets every other time I press 1 and the jolt in camera is making me queasy.
Wouldn't the inside of the cave be better less objects to get stuck on and tons of nodes. That being said if you no longer have anything left to build for the EXP like landmarks and the such doing this method I'm sure works but you only get 10exp per node so you're still looking at hours and hours and hours button press grinding

i dont get people making "guides" and then just say: "yeah do the content exactly the way you are supposed to"
you don't get why someone would make a helpful guide that many would not enjoy due to the nature of how you do it, and would preface it by being honest about it, and you may enjoy it if you just did it normally? not really hard to "get"
I personally like this Conte. I guess it's for a personal specific taste. What I will admit it's kind of like watching a filler episode for some show, like watching Goku pull out daikon radishes.
You can also install autohotkey to save your fingers so you go > New script (Name Island sanctuary macro or so)> Edit (put below text into the text document)> file then save> go to documents then autohotkey folder> double click the script and you're good to go. then just follow all the steps in the video. and remember to come back and export all stone, leuogranite, quartz, and iron since it can get full and prevent more mining

@@NoxChannelLabe I used it and I'm not banned, its just a press 1 and 2 macro so shouldn't be and also impossible to prove. Most of the community has mods and no ones banned since they can't detect it unless you're using things that alter the game like /sit or /doze in public and even then they might not ban you unless you're blatantly saying, hey I have mods report me

i have this macro and a key press set to be used about 3 seconds apart from each other on my stream deck and its great cuz it cuts it to one press if you can macro the buttons to a mouse or a keyboard it works so much better
sadly i hate island sanct it had alot of potental to be great but its just another super grindy area of the game where i only pop in once a week to set my workshops up
Yeah endgame of it definitely fell a bit short of what we all had hoped for ;_;
Putting the end of the video first and hearing how unhinged you've become post-grind, followed by the nice quiet calm "Hey guys" from where the video actually starts is both hilarious and concerning.
Not gonna lie, there's nothing relaxing about Island Sanctuary
Yep, its an insane grind and I fucking hate it with every fiber of my being. Idk how the _hell_ devs initially said it be relaxing casual content. I went back to actual Animal Crossing to regain my farming sim zen, fuck.
I'm seeing a lot of people lately say they hate it when they used to love it. If they gave us more item yelds but kept the 10xp then that would be fine but as it is getting 1 item of multiple things and still 10xp, no. Either give me more exp or more items. None of this is fun or relaxing and I feel bad for new players later down the line.

Don’t grind he says, Dawntrail comes out in less than 3 months and he is saying don’t rush? Papa want his glams and mounts before Expac release, Papa got no choice but to grind.
I wish I could throw away my feed so I can craft more 😅. That final jump in exp is gonna be brutal 💀.
This place i did use when it came out its perfect, but now its to mutch xp for me, so keep it slow these days haha good tip

When you're Workshopping, don't forget to tackle the Nonexistent and Inefficient supply demands! Even if they're anticipated to drop in demand, do them for the one day and see where the curve goes!
Is it just me or is this video SUPER quiet, I had to turn the youtube volume all the way up and have my sound settings set to 90 when it's usually at 40

TRUE AFK WAY TO LEVEL ISLAND SANCTUARY:
I've made a script that would harvest the nodes on the summit over and over again until you max out on stones, and then goes back, sells them, returns to the summit and repeats. It's gotten me from Level 11 to 13 overnight and A LOT of green cowries. If anyone wants the script just let me know :D
Edit: It's not a mod or plugin to the game! Its essentially just a slightly more complicated macro script!

Grinding exp through nodes is incredibly time inefficient. You'll get maxed out a few days earlier, but you'll invest 20x as many hours that could be spent making huge amounts of progress in other content.
@mosley3485 I've already cleared savages and ultimates so there's really nothing else to do XDD
Is there a cap to how many things you can do for Ranking? If so, then it won’t be fast…

I got rank 17. No quest. Cant craft the new tools or upgrades. Wth.. im so confused
upgrade all your buildings and fill every landmark, you have to complete the building by checking the signpost in front of it. then you should see a quest in the cozy cabin!

Not a fan of the upgrades, I’ll keep my buildings as they are I think
